Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue 2,6-Diarylpiperidin- 1-yl-subst.-2-buten-Verbindungen und deren Verwendung als Stabilisatoren für verschiedene organische Materialien, die schädlichen Wirkungen durch Sauerstoff, Wärme oder aktinische Strahlung unterliegen. Die vorliegenden Verbindungen führen zu einer guten Beibehaltung der physikalischen Polymereigenschaften während lang anhaltender thermooxidativer Beanspruchung.
- Substituierte 1,4-Diamino-2-buten-Verbindungen, bei denen die Substitution an den N-Atomen Alkyl oder Benzyl ist, sind aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, jedoch wird ihre Verwendung als Stabilisatoren nicht offenbart oder nahegelegt.
- Für den Fall, daß eine derartige Substitution Aryl ist, beschreibt die GB-PS 1 438 482 generisch N,N,N',N'-Tetraaryl- 2-buten-1,4-diamin als Stabilisatoren für Schmiermittelzusammensetzungen, jedoch offenbart diese nicht spezifisch solche Verbindungen. Die GB-PS 1 438 482 legt nicht nahe, daß derartige Aryl-substituierte Verbindungen zu einem wirksamen Schutz gegenüber einer Oxidation bei synthetischen Polymeren führen können.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen und ihre Verwendung als Stabilisatoren für organische Materialien, die einem Abbau durch Sauerstoff, Wärme oder Licht unterliegen, werden im Stand der Technik weder offenbart noch nahegelegt.
- Ein Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, neue substituierte 2-Buten-Verbindungen bereitzustellen, die als Stabilisatoren für verschiedene Substrate verwendbar sind.
- Ein weiteres Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, synthetische Polymerzusammensetzungen bereitzustellen, die gegenüber den schädlichen Wirkungen von Sauerstoff, Wärme und Licht stabilisiert sind, indem man eine wirksame Menge einer vorliegenden Verbindung einarbeitet.

- In den vorstehenden Formeln und in der gesamten Beschreibung und den Ansprüchen bezeichnen die Indizes der chemischen Symbole die Anzahl der jeweiligen Atome. Im Gegensatz hierzu bezeichnen die Indizes von Symbolen, die keine chemische Bedeutung besitzen, wie R oder L, zusammen mit dem Symbol einen frei definierten Rest.

- Bevorzugt sind Verbindungen der Formel II.
- Vorzugsweise ist T eine Gruppe der Formel III oder IV; insbesondere besitzt T eine Struktur der Formel III, worin L&sub1; für Wasserstoff steht.
- Vorzugsweise ist L&sub1; Wasserstoff oder -OH.
- Vorzugsweise bedeuten L&sub2; und L&sub3; unabhängig -O-R&sub3;&sub0; oder -S-R&sub3;&sub1;, worin nicht mehr als eines von R&sub3;&sub0; und R&sub3;&sub1; Wasserstoff bedeutet.
- Vorzugsweise sind Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2; unabhängig Phenyl oder ein derartiges Phenyl substituiert durch ein bis drei Substituenten, ausgewählt unter Alkyl mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, Cycloalkyl mit 5 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, -OH, -OCH&sub3;, -COOG&sub1;, -COG&sub2; oder -NR&sub5;R&sub6;.
- Insbesondere bedeuten Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2; unabhängig Phenyl; oder ein derartiges Phenyl substituiert durch Cyclohexyl, -OH, -OCH&sub3; und/oder ein oder zwei Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen.Besonders bevorzugt ist eine Verbindung, worin Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2; Phenyl oder Phenyl substituiert durch eine oder zwei Methylgruppen bedeuten.
- Vorzugsweise sind R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3; und R&sub4; unabhängig Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl, -CH&sub2;-OH, -CH&sub2;-NH&sub2;, -C&sub2;H&sub4;-OH, -C&sub2;H&sub4;-NH&sub2;, Allyl oder Phenyl; am meisten bevorzugt sind Wasserstoff oder Methyl.
- Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist daher eine Verbindung, worin E&sub1; und E&sub2; unabhängig Alkyl mit 4 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen oder dieses Alkyl unterbrochen durch ein oder mehrere -O-, -S-, -CO-, -COO-, -OCO-, -CONR&sub2;&sub3;-, -NR&sub2;&sub3;CO- oder -NR&sub2;&sub4;-, worin R&sub2;&sub3; und R&sub2;&sub4; wie vorstehend definiert sind; Alkenyl mit 3 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen; Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen oder dieses Phenylalkyl substituiert an dem Phenylring durch ein bis drei Gruppen, ausgewählt unter Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, -OR&sub1;&sub6;, -NR&sub1;&sub7;R&sub1;&sub8;, -COOR&sub2;&sub0; oder -CONR&sub2;&sub1;R&sub2;&sub2;; oder Phenyl oder dieses Phenyl substituiert durch ein bis drei Substituenten, ausgewählt unter Alkyl mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen und Cycloalkyl mit 5 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, bedeuten;
- T für eine Gruppe der Formel III oder IV steht;
- Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2; unabhängig Phenyl; oder dieses Phenyl substituiert durch ein bis drei Substituenten, ausgewählt unter Alkyl mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, Cycloalkyl mit 5 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, -OH, -OCH&sub3;, -COOG&sub1;, -COG&sub2; oder NR&sub5;R&sub6;, worin G&sub1;, G&sub2;, R&sub5; und R&sub6; wie vorstehend definiert sind, bedeuten;
- R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3; und R&sub4; unabhängig Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl, -CH&sub2;-OH, -CH&sub2;-NH&sub2;, -C&sub2;H&sub4;-OH, -C&sub2;H&sub4;-NH&sub2;, Allyl oder Phenyl bedeuten; und
- L&sub1; wie vorstehend definiert ist.
- Besonders bevorzugt ist eine Verbindung, worin E&sub1; und E&sub2; unabhängig für Alkyl mit 4 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen; Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen oder dieses Phenylalkyl substituiert an dem Phenylring durch ein bis zwei Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und/oder -OH; oder Phenyl, Tolyl oder Xylyl stehen;
- Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2; unabhängig Phenyl oder dieses Phenyl substituiert durch Cyclohexyl, -OH, -OCH&sub3; und/oder ein oder zwei Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten; und L&sub1; für Wasserstoff oder -OH steht.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch eine gegenüber den schädlichen Wirkungen von Sauerstoff, Wärme oder aktinischem Licht stabilisierte Zusammensetzung, die
- (a) ein organisches Material, welches einem oxidativen, thermischen oder aktinischen Abbau unterliegt, und
- (b) eine Verbindung der Formel I oder II, wie vorstehend definiert,
- umfaßt.
- Geeigneterweise umfassen die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen eine Menge zumindest einer Verbindung der Formel I oder II, wie im Hinblick auf die Stabilisierung des organischen Materials wirksam ist.
- Die Herstellung von 2,6-Diphenylpiperidin wird von V.Balaih et al., Indian J.Chem. 16B, 1065 (1978), beschrieben.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I und II werden zweckmäßig hergestellt, indem man ein geeignetes sekundäres Amin, wie 2,6- Diphenylpiperidin, mit 1,4-But-2-endiol-diacetat in Gegenwart eines Katalysators, wie Tetrakis-(triphenylphosphin)palladium(0), in einem organischen Lösungsmittel, wie Tetrahydrofuran, umsetzt.
- Die Ausgangsmaterialien für die Herstellung der vorliegenden Verbindungen sind weitgehend Handelsprodukte.
- Ist irgendeines von Ar&sub1;, Ar&sub2;, R&sub1; bis R&sub3;&sub7;, E&sub1;, E&sub2;, L&sub1;, L&sub2; oder G&sub1; bis G&sub3; Alkyl, sind derartige Alkylgruppen beispielsweise Methyl, Ethyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, tert.-Butyl, tert.- Amyl, 2-Ethylhexyl, n-Octyl, n-Undecyl, Lauryl, n-Heptadecyl, n-Octadecyl, Eicosyl und Tricontyl; handelt es sich bei diesen Resten um Cycloalkyl, sind sie z.B. Cyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl, Cyclooctyl und Cyclododecyl; sind diese Reste Aralkyl, sind sie z.B. Benzyl, Phenethyl, a-Methylbenzyl, a,a-Dimethylbenzyl und 1-Naphthylmethyl; sind diese Reste Aryl, sind sie z.B. Phenyl, Naphthyl oder, sofern durch Alkylsubstituiert, z.B. Tolyl und Xylyl; und sind diese Reste durch -O- unterbrochenes Alkyl, sind sie z.B. 3-Oxaamyl und 3,6-Dioxaoctyl.
- Die Zusammensetzungen, worin die Komponente (a) ein synthetisches Polymeres ist, stellen einen besonderen Gegenstand der Erfindung dar, vor allem wenn das synthetische Polymere ein Polyolefin, wie Polypropylen,oder ein Elastomeres, wie ein dynamisch vernetzter Polypropylen/Nitril-Kautschuk, ist.
- Die vorliegenden Verbindungen sind wirksame Stabilisatoren für synthetische Polymere, die schädlichen Wirkungen aufgrund von Wärme und/oder Sauerstoff, vor allem während der Verarbeitung bei erhöhten Temperaturen, unterliegen.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft daher auch ein Verfahren zur Stabilisierung eines organischen Materials gegenüber oxidativem, thermischem oder aktinischem Abbau, das das Einbringen in dieses Material von zumindest einer Verbindung der Formel I oder II umfaßt. Dies umfaßt die Verwendung dieser Verbindungen als Stabilisator zum Schutz von organischem Material gegenüber oxidativem, thermischem oder aktinischem Abbau, vor allem die Verwendung zum Schutz eines Polyolefins oder eines Elastomeren gegenüber dem Abbau während der Verarbeitung bei erhöhten Temperaturen.
- Allgemein umfassen Polymere, die stabilisiert werden können
- 1. Polymere von Monoolefinen und Diolefinen, z.B. Polypropylen, Polyisobutylen, Polybut-1-en, Polymethylpent-1-en, Polyisopren oder Polybutadien, sowie Polymere von Cycloolefinen, z.B. Cyclopenten oder Norbornen, Polyethylen (das vernetzt sein kann), z.B. Polyethylen hoher Dichte (HDPE), Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LDPE), lineares Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LLDPE), verzweigtes Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (BLDPE).
- 2. Mischungen von vorstehend unter (1) erwünschten Polymeren, z.B. Mischungen von Polypropylen mit Polyisobtuylen, Polypropylen mit Polyethylen (z.B. PP/HDPE, PP/LDPE) und Mischungen von verschiedenen Polyethylentypen (z.B.LDPE/HDPE).
- 3. Copolymere von Monoolefinen und Diolefinen miteinander oder mit anderen Vinylmonomeren, z.B. Ethylen/Propylen, lineares Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LLDPE) und dessen Mischungen mit Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LDPE), Propylen/Buten-1, Ethylen/Hexen, Ethylen/Ethylpenten, Ethylen/Hepten, Ethylen/Octen, Propylen/Isobutylen, Ethylen/But-1- en, Propylen/Butadien, Isobutylen/Isopren, Ethylen/Alkylacrylate, Ethylen /Alkylmethacrylate, Ethylen/Vinylacetat- Copolymere und ihre Copolymeren mit Kohlenmonoxid oder Ethylen/Acrylsäure-Copolymere und ihre Salze (Ionomere) und Terpolymere von Ethylen mit Propylen und einem Dien, wie Hexadien, Dicyclopentadien oder Ethyliden-norbornen; sowie Mischungen derartiger Copolymerer und ihre Mischungen mit vorstehend unter 1) erwähnten Polymeren, z.B. Polypropylen/Ethylen-propylen-Copolymere, LDPE/Ethylen-vinylacetat-Copolymere (EVA), LDPE/Ethylen-acrylsäure-Copolymere (EAA), LLDPE/EVA, LLDPE/EAA und Random- oder alternierende Polyalkylen/Kohlenmonoxid-Copolymere sowie Mischungen hiervon mit anderen Polymeren, z.B. Polyamiden.
- 3a. Kohlenwasserstoffharze (z.B. C&sub5;&submin;&sub9;) und deren hydrierte Modifikationen (z.B. Tackifier) und Mischungen von Polyalkylenen und Stärke.
- 4. Polystyrol, Poly-(p-methylstyrol), Poly-(α-methylstyrol).
- 5. Copolymere von Styrol oder α-Methylstyrol mit Dienen oder Acrylderivaten, wie z.B. Styrol/Butadien, Styrol/Acrylnitril, Styrol/Alkylmethacrylat, Styrol/Maleinsäureanhydrid, Styrol/Butadien/Alkylacrylat, Styrol/Butadien/Alkylmethacrylat, Styrol/Acrylnitril/Methylacrylat; Mischungen hoher Schlagfestigkeit aus Styrolcopolymeren und einem anderen Polymeren, z.B. aus einem Polyacrylat, einem Dienpolymeren oder einem Ethylen/Propylen/Dien-Terpolymeren; und Blockcopolymere von Styrol, z. B. Styrol/Butadien/Styrol, Styrol/Isopren/Styrol, Styrol/Ethylen/Butylen/Styrol oder Styrol/Ethylen/Propylen/Styrol.
- 6. Pfropfcopolymere von Styrol oder α-Methylstyrol, z.B. Styrol auf Polybutadien, Styrol auf Polybutadien-Styrol oder Polybutadien-Acrylnitril; Styrol und Acrylnitril (oder Methacrylnitril) auf Polybutadien; Styrol und Maleinsäureanhydrid oder Maleimid auf Polybutadien; Styrol, Acrylnitril und Maleinsäureanhydrid oder Maleimid auf Polybutadien; Styrol, Acrylnitril und Methylmethacrylat auf Polybutadien, Styrol und Alkylacrylate oder -methacrylate auf Polybutadien, Styrol und Acrylnitril auf Ethylen/Propylen/Dien-Terpolymeren, Styrol und Acrylnitril auf Polyacrylaten oder Polymethacrylaten, Styrol und Acrylnitril auf Acrylat/Butadien-Copolymeren sowie deren Mischungen mit den unter 5) angegebenen Copolymeren, z. B. die Copolymermischungen, welche bekannt sind als ABS; MBS; ASA- oder AES-Polymere.
- 7. Halogen-haltige Polymere, wie Polychloropren, chlorierte Kautschuke, chloriertes oder sulfochloriertes Polyethylen, Copolymere von Ethylen und chloriertem Ethylen, Epichlorhydrin-Homo- und Copolymere, Polymere von halogenierten Vinylverbindungen, z. B. Polyvinylchlorid, Polyvinylidenchlorid, Polyvinylfluorid, Polyvinylidenfluorid, sowie Copolymere hiervon, z.B. Vinylchlorid/Vinylidenchlorid-, Vinylchlorid/Vinylacetat-oder Vinylidenchlorid/Vinylacetat- Copolymere.
- 8. Von α,β-ungesättigten Säuren und deren Derivaten abgeleitete Polymere, wie Polyacrylate und Polymethacrylate, Polymethylmethacrylat, das schlagfest modifiziert ist mit Butylacrylat, Polyacrylamiden und Polyacrylnitrilen.
- 9. Copolymere der unter 8) genannten Monomeren miteinander oder mit anderen ungesättigten Monomeren, z.B. Acrylnitril /Butadien-, Acrylnitril/Alkylacrylat-, Acrylnitril/Alkoxyalkylacrylat- oder Acrylnitril/Vinylhalogenid-Copolymere oder Acrylnitril/Alkylmethacrylat/Butadien-Terpolymere.

- 13. Polyphenylenoxide und -sulfide und Mischungen von Polyphenylenoxiden mit Polystyrol oder Polyamiden.
- 14. Polyurethane, abgeleitet von Polyethern, Polyestern oder Polybutadienen mit endständigen Hydroxylgruppen einerseits und aliphatischen oder aromatischen Polyisocyanaten andererseits, sowie deren Vorläufer (Polyisocyanate, Polyole oder Präpolymere).
- 15. - 31. Polyketimine in Kombination mit ungesättigten Acrylpolyacetoacetatharzen oder mit ungesättigten Acrylharzen. Die ungesättigten Acrylharze umfassen die Urethanacrylate, Polyetheracrylate, Vinyl- oder Acrylcopolymeren mit anhängenden ungesättigten Gruppen und die acrylierten Melamine. Die Polyketimine werden aus Polyaminen und Ketonen in Gegenwart eines sauren Katalysators hergestellt.
- 32. Strahlungshärtbare Zusammensetzungen, die ethylenisch ungesättigte Monomere oder Oligomere und ein polyungesättigtes aliphatisches Oligomeres enthalten.
- 33. Epoxymelaminharze, wie lichtstabile Epoxyharze, vernetzt durch ein Epoxy-funktionelles, coverethertes, hochfestes Melaminharz, wie LSE-4103 (Monsanto).
- Im allgemeinen werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen in einer Menge von etwa 0,01 bis etwa 5 Gew./% der stabilisierten Zusammensetzung eingesetzt, obgleich dies mit dem speziellen Substrat und der Anwendung variiert. Ein vorteilhafter Bereich beträgt etwa 0,05 bis etwa 2% und insbesondere 0,1 bis etwa 1%.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Stabilisatoren können ohne weiteres in die organischen Polymeren mit Hilfe herkömmlicher Techniken bei irgendeiner geeigneten Stufe vor der Herstellung der Formgegenstände hieraus eingearbeitet werden. Beispielsweise kann der Stabilisator mit dem Polymeren in trockener Pulverform gemischt werden, oder es kann eine Suspension oder Emulsion des Stabilisators mit einer Lösung, Suspension oder Emulsion des Polymeren gemischt werden. Die resultieren, stabilisierten Polymerzusammensetzungen der Erfindung können gegebenenfalls auch etwa 0,01 bis etwa 5%, vorzugsweise etwa 0,025 bis etwa 2% und insbesondere etwa 0,1 bis etwa 1%, auf Gewicht bezogen, verschiedener, herkömmlicher Additive oder deren Mischungen enthalten. Die Erfindung umfaßt daher Zusammensetzungen, die zusätzlich zu den Komponenten (a) und (b) einen oder mehrere übliche Stabilisatoren oder übliche Additive, wie die nachstehend angeführten Materialien, umfassen.

- Die meist bevorzugte gehinderte Aminverbindung ist Bis-(2,2, 6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)-sebacat, das Polykondensationsprodukt von 1-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- hydroxypiperidin und Bernsteinsäure, das Polykondensationsprodukt von 2,4-Dichlor-6-tert.-octylamino-s-triazin und 4,4'-Hexamethylen-bis-(amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin), N,N',N",N"'-Tetrakis-[4,6-bis-[butyl-(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)-amino]-s-triazin-2-yl]-1,10-diamino-4,7-diazadecan oder Bis-(1-octyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin- 4-yl)-sebacat.
- Die folgenden Beispiele dienen lediglich der Erläuterung und stellen keine Beschränkung der Natur oder des Umfangs der Erfindung in irgendeiner Hinsicht dar. Prozentangaben sind, sofern nicht anders angegeben, auf das Gewicht bezogen.
- Eine Lösung von 2,6-Diphenylpiperidin [3,0 g, 12,6 mMol, hergestellt nach der Methode von V.Baliah et al., Indian J. Chem., 168, 1965 (1978)] und 1,4-But-2-endiol-diacetat (1,1 g, 6,3 mMol) in Tetrahydrofuran (20 ml, THF) wird mit Tetrakis-(triphenylphosphin)-palladium(0) (0,65 g, 0,6 mMol) behandelt und über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Man engt die Reaktionsmischung im Vakuum zu einem Feststoff ein, der in THF (100 ml) wieder aufgelöst und mit 20%igem wäßrigen Natriumhydroxid (25 ml) behandelt wird. Die Mischung wird eine Stunde gerührt, eingeengt und mit Diethylether extrahiert. Die Etherextrakte werden getrocknet und zu einem orangefarbenen Feststoff eingeengt, der durch Kristallisation aus Methanol gereinigt wird, um zu 2,02 g (61%) der Titelverbindung in Form eines weißen Feststoffs zu führen, Fp. 197-200ºC.
- Analyse: für C&sub3;&sub8;H&sub4;&sub2;N&sub2;
- berechnet: C 86,6% H 8,0% N 5,3%
- gefunden: 86,7 8,0 5,2.
- Eine Lösung von Dibenzylamin (40 g, 0,20 Mol) und 1,4-But- 2-endiol-diacetat (105 g, 0,61 Mol) in THF (150 ml) wird mit Tetrakis-(triphenylphosphin)-palladium(0) (1 g, 0,9 mMol) behandelt und über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird im Vakuum eingeengt und überschüssiges 1,4-But-2-endiol wird durch Kolben-zu-Kolben-Destillation (80-90ºC, 1 mm) entfernt. Der Rückstand wird durch Elution durch einen kurzen Silicagel-Pfropfen (1/1, Ethylacetat- Hexane) gereinigt. Man erhält 59,2 g (95%) 1-Acetoxy-4-dibenzylamino-2-buten.
- Eine Lösung von 1-Acetoxy-4-dibenzylamino-2-buten (3,0 g, 9,8 mMol) und 2,6-Diphenylpiperidin (2,3 g, 9,8 mMol) in THF (25 ml) wird mit Tetrakis-(triphenylphosphin)-palladium(0) (0,5 g, 0,45 mMol) behandelt und über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird im Vakuum eingeengt. Der Rückstand wird in THF (100 ml) wieder aufgelöst und mit 20% wäßrigem Natriumhydroxid (25 ml) behandelt. Die Mischung wird eine Stunde gerührt, eingeengt und mit Diethylether extrahiert. Die Etherextrakte werden getrocknet und eingeengt, um zu einem orangefarbenen Öl zu führen, das durch Chromatographie (Silicagel; 5% Ethylacetat in Hexanen) gereinigt wird, wobei man die Titelverbindung in einer Ausbeute von 2,8 g (59%) als klares Öl erzielt; MS m/z 486(M&spplus;).
- Verfahrensstabilisierung von dynamisch vernetztem Polypropylen/Nitrilkautschuk Einem auf 190ºC erhitzten Brabender-Plasticorder führt man 55 g dynamisch vernetzten Polypropylen/Nitrilkautschuk (GEOLAST, Monsanto) zu. Das Polymere wird 3 Minuten unter Stickstoff bei 30 U/min erhitzt,und hiernach setzt man 2,2 g (4 Gew.% der Harzmischung) der Testverbindung unter Stickstoff zu und mischt in die Harzmischung bei 90 U/min während 7 Minuten ein. Die Testprobe wird anschließend aus dem Brabender entfernt und in einer kalten Presse aufgewalzt.
- Die Testprobe wird dann in Platten (4" x 4" x 60 mils; 10,16 cm x 10,16 cm x 1,524 mm) bei 200ºC während 4 Minuten bei 2000 psi (140 kg/cm²) und dann 4 Minuten bei 50 000 psi (3500 kg/cm²) druckgeformt.
- Die Platten werden anschließend in Zugfestigkeitsstangen geschnitten und in einem Ofen mit Zwangszirkulation 7 Tage bei 135ºC gealtert. Die gealterten Proben werden hinsichtlich der prozentualen Retention der Dehnung gemäß ASTM D4 12 getestet.
- Die vorliegenden Verbindungen der Beispiele 1 und 2 ergeben das GEOLAST-Harz mit einer wirksamen Stabilisierung gegenüber einem thermischen, oxidativen Abbau.

Kohlenstoffatomen steht, -NR&sub5;R&sub6;, worin R&sub5; und R&sub6; unabhängig Wasserstoff
oder Alkyl mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen darstellen, -SG&sub3;,
worin G&sub3; für Aryl mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Alkyl
mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, -OH, -OCH&sub3;, -CN, -CF&sub3;,
-NO&sub2;, -F, -Cl, -Br oder -J bedeuten;
R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3; und R&sub4; unabhängig Wasserstoff; lineares oder
verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen; dieses Alkyl
terminiert mit -OR&sub7;, -NR&sub8;R&sub9;, -SR&sub1;&sub0;, -COOR&sub1;&sub1; oder -CONR&sub1;&sub2;R&sub1;&sub3;,
worin R&sub7;, R&sub8;, R&sub9;, R&sub1;&sub0; und R&sub1;&sub1; unabhängig Wasserstoff, Alkyl
mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Alkenyl mit 3 bis 18
Kohlenstoffatomen wiedergeben und R&sub1;&sub2; und R&sub1;&sub3; unabhängig
Wasserstoff darstellen oder die gleiche Bedeutung wie R&sub1;&sub1;
besitzen; oder dieses Alkyl unterbrochen durch ein oder
mehrere -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO&sub2;-, -CO-, -COO-, -OCO-, -CONR&sub1;&sub4;-,
-NR&sub1;&sub4;CO- oder -NR&sub1;&sub5;-, worin R&sub1;&sub4; und R&sub1;&sub5; die gleiche
Bedeutung wie R&sub1;&sub2; besitzen; Alkenyl mit 3 bis 20
Kohlenstoffatomen; oder Aryl mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten;
L&sub1; für Wasserstoff, -OR&sub2;&sub5;, worin R&sub2;&sub5; Wasserstoff oder Alkyl
mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet, -NR&sub2;&sub6;R&sub2;&sub7;, -OCOR&sub2;&sub8;,
-NCOR&sub2;&sub9;, worin R&sub2;&sub6;, R&sub2;&sub7;, R&sub2;&sub8; und R&sub2;&sub9; die gleiche Bedeutung
wie R&sub2;&sub5; besitzen, steht;
L&sub2; und L&sub3; unabhängig für -Q&sub1;-R&sub3;&sub0; oder -Z&sub1;-R&sub3;&sub1; stehen, worin
Q&sub1; und Z&sub1; unabhängig -O-, -S- oder -NR&sub2;&sub6;- bedeuten und R&sub3;&sub0;
und R&sub3;&sub1; Wasserstoff oder Alkyl mit 1 bis 30
Kohlenstoffatomen wiedergeben; und
n für 0 oder 1 steht, Q&sub2; und Z&sub2; unabhängig für -O-,
-S- oder -NR&sub2;&sub6;- stehen und R&sub3;&sub2;, R&sub3;&sub3;, R&sub3;&sub4;, R&sub3;&sub5;, R&sub3;&sub6; und R&sub3;&sub7;
unabhängig Wasserstoff oder Alkyl mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen
bedeuten.
2. Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 1, worin
E&sub1; und E&sub2; unabhängig Alkyl mit 4 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen
oder dieses Alkyl unterbrochen durch ein oder mehrere -O-,
-S-, -CO-, -COO-, -OCO-, -CONR&sub2;&sub3;-, -NR&sub2;&sub3;CO- oder -NR&sub2;&sub4;-,
worin R&sub2;&sub3; und R&sub2;&sub4; wie in Anspruch 1 definiert sind; Alkenyl
mit 3 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen; Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 15
Kohlenstoffatomen oder dieses Phenylalkyl substituiert an
dem Phenylring durch ein bis drei Gruppen, ausgewählt unter
Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, -OR&sub1;&sub6;, -NR&sub1;&sub7;R&sub1;&sub8;,
-COOR&sub2;&sub0; oder -CONR&sub2;&sub1;R&sub2;&sub2;; oder Phenyl oder dieses Phenyl
substituiert durch ein bis drei Substituenten, ausgewählt
unter Alkyl mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen und Cycloalkyl mit
5 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, bedeuten;
T für eine Gruppe der Formel III oder IV steht;
Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2; unabhängig Phenyl; oder dieses Phenyl
substituiert durch ein bis drei Substituenten, ausgewählt unter
Alkyl mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, Cycloalkyl mit 5 bis 7
Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 15
Kohlenstoffatomen, -OH, -OCH&sub3;, -COOG&sub1;, -COG&sub2; oder NR&sub5;R&sub6;, worin G&sub1;, G&sub2;,
R&sub5; und R&sub6; wie in Anspruch 1 definiert sind, bedeuten;
R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3; und R&sub4; unabhängig Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl,
-CH&sub2;-OH, -CH&sub2;-NH&sub2;, -C&sub2;H&sub4;-OH, -C&sub2;H&sub4;-NH&sub2;, Allyl oder Phenyl
bedeuten; und
L&sub1; wie in Anspruch 1 definiert ist.
3. Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 2, worin
E&sub1; und E&sub2; unabhängig für Alkyl mit 4 bis 20
Kohlenstoffatomen; Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen oder dieses
Phenylalkyl substituiert an dem Phenylring durch ein oder
zwei Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und/oder
-OH; oder Phenyl, Tolyl oder Xylyl stehen;
Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2; unabhängig Phenyl oder dieses Phenyl
substituiert durch Cyclohexyl, -OH, -OCH&sub3; und/oder ein oder zwei
Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten; und
L&sub1; für Wasserstoff oder -OH steht.
4. Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 3, worin Ar&sub1; und Ar&sub2;
Phenyl oder Phenyl substituiert durch ein oder zwei
Methylgruppen bedeuten.
5. Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 3, worin R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3; und
R&sub4; unabhängig Wasserstoff oder Methyl bedeuten.
6. Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 3, worin E&sub1; und E&sub2;
unabhängig Alkyl mit 4 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Benzyl
wiedergeben.
7. Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 3, worin T eine Struktur
der Formel III besitzt, in der L&sub1; für Wasserstoff steht.
8. Gegenüber schädlichen Wirkungen infolge von
Sauerstoff, Wärme oder aktinischem Licht stabilisierte
Zusammensetzung, die
(a) ein organisches Material, welches einem oxidativen,
thermischen oder aktinischen Abbau unterliegt, und
(b) eine wirksame, stabilisierende Menge einer
Verbindung der Formel I oder II gemäß Anspruch 1
umfaßt.
9. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 8, worin die
Komponente (a) ein synthetisches Polymeres ist.
10. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 9, worin das
synthetische Polymere dynamisch vernetzter
Polypropylen/Nitrilkautschuk ist.
11. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 8, die zusätzlich zu
den Komponenten (a) und (b) einen oder mehrere übliche
Stabilisatoren oder übliche Additive umfaßt.
12. Verwendung einer Verbindung der Formel I oder II
gemäß Anspruch 1 als Stabilisator zum Schutz von organischen
Materialien gegenüber oxidativem, thermischem oder
aktinischem Abbau.
13. Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 12 zum Schutz eines
Polyolefins oder eines Elastomeren gegenüber dem Abbau während
der Verarbeitung bei erhöhten Temperaturen.
14. Verfahren zur Stabilisierung eines organischen
Materials gegenüber oxidativem, thermischern oder aktinischem
Abbau, das das Einbringen zumindest einer Verbindung der
Formel I oder II gemäß Anspruch 1 in dieses Material umfaßt.
