Elektrischer Widerstandsöfen mit wellen- oder mäanderförmig gebogenen
Heizbändern Widerstandsheizkörper, insbesondereBandheizkörper in elektrisch beheizten
Electric resistance furnaces with wavy or meandering curves
Heating bands Resistance heating elements, in particular band heating elements in electrically heated ones
Industrial furnaces are often wavy or meander-shaped on their side walls
arranged, especially in the case of larger ovens, in several rows of belts one above the other.
For this purpose it is known to use special shaped bricks for the furnace wall or furnace walls
line that are provided with grooves in which the heating tapes are inserted
will. In such an arrangement, the heating strips are perpendicular to one another
and are each separated from one another by a part of the shaped stone forming the groove
separated, so that there is a considerable distance between each row of strips
is. As a result, part of the furnace wall remains unoccupied by radiators.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is eliminated in that the rows of wavy or meandering heating strips are arranged one above the other in the manner of roof tiles on stepped surfaces of the inner walls of the furnace. In this way the oven interior walls can be assigned to more heating strips, thereby ohne.daß the space required for a sufficient electrical insulation waste was, is restricted between the heating resistors.
For the roof tile-like arrangement of the heating tapes are special
Used shaped bricks that have the required inclined gradations. These
Shaped stones are provided with grooves in which holding pieces are used. the
Heating tapes are hung on the holding pieces and through them in the desired
Location recorded.
The invention is more detailed with the aid of the drawing
explained, namely in Fig. i an electric resistance furnace in longitudinal section.
while Figure 2 shows the same ixi ° cross section. FIGS. 3 to 6 show an enlarged view
Scale details ,. the shaped stones and retaining pieces.
Fig.6 zu ersehen ist.
Graduated shaped stones 2 are attached to the inner walls of the furnace i,
which cover the whole surface of it. These shaped stones 2 are provided with grooves 3
which serve to hold holding pieces 4 on which the heating strips 5 are suspended
are. The shaped stones 2 (Fig. 3) are designed so that they hold the holding pieces 4 (Fig.
4) at any point of the grooves 3- can accommodate. This type of suspension of the
Heating elements is thus adapted to any heating tape shape that occurs without being in each
individual case: special shaped stones must be used: this results
the advantage that in one and the same furnace design different band heating elements are readily available
can be used: The described arrangement is of course limited
not on vertical furnace walls, but can also be used on horizontal walls or floors
Application found, as can be seen from FIGS. I and 2, in which case the holding pieces
4 can be dispensed with in most cases. Furthermore, the shaped stones can be used for inclined
or curved walls, as shown in Fig. $ bz «-. Fig. 6 can be seen.
The holding pieces 4. for the heating strips 5 are either made of ceramic or metal
-Material made, with no additional heating tape material for the latter type
-'can be used. In the case of metallic -'- 'the .Wärmestauung im
Reduced heating tape at the hanging point. In contrast, have holding pieces made of ceramic
Material has the advantage that it provides electrical insulation between two Heizbänlern
can possibly improve.
