Pur viele Bauteile, insbesondere für Bauteile des Heizungs- und Ofenbaus ist man bestrebt, einen möglichst leichten Beton zu verwenden, da der Transport dieser Bauteile immer besondere Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Beim Heizungs- und Ofenbau kommt noch hinzu, daß von den Bauteilen eine besondere Hitzebeständigkeit gefordert wird. Deshalb wird als Baustoff im Heizungsund Ofenbau vielfach Schamotte verwendet. Infolge des hohen spezifischen Gewichtes werden die Betonteile somit auch entsprechend schwer. Bauteile dieser Art sind nicht nur verhältnismäßig leicht, sondern auch nicht so spröde wie andere Betonteile. Außerdem lassen sie sich in gewissen Grenzen bearbeiten. Für bestimmte Zwecke können nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Neuerung Flächenveredlungen wie Kacheln, Fliesen oder dgl. bei der Herstellung mit angegossen sein. Für den Ofenbau ergeben sich dadurch die Möglichkeiten, einzelne Teile des Ofens ganz in einem Guß herzustellen, ohne daß Nachbearbeitungen erforderlich sind. Das geschieht zweckmäßigerweise in einem. Bei dem in ^ig. 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind an das Bauteil 1 beim Herstellungsvorgang gleich Kacheln oder Fliesen 2 mit angegossen. Diese Kacheln oder Fliesen werden bei der Fertigung vorher in die Form gelegt und die Fugen 3 werden ebenfalls beim Herstellungsvorgang gleichzeitig mit ausgegossen. Damit diese Fugen Jedoch nach außen hin einen sauberen Abschluß haben,werden die Fugen an der Aussenseite mit einem Streifen überdeckt, so daß der Werkstoff nicht zu weit nach außen laufen kann.
