Floor coverings, tiland coverings, decorative fabrics, furniture upholstery fabrics and others usually consist of flat structures that follow the traditional method of weaving, UJirkans, knotting or manufactured according to the newer tufting principle. They are single-colored, multi-colored, printed and have proven their worth so far.

For the same areas of application we urge last time but increasingly also so-called needle felts before, i.e. nonwovens manufactured according to the needle varnish method, which are equally characterized by high practical value and, above all, by low production costs *
