Method and device for electrolytically oxidizing fine wires The invention relates to a method for winding up electrolytically oxidizing fine wires according to patent 674232, in which the fine wires are wound onto reel-like coils. In order to be able to treat as large a wire length as possible without knotting o Be wound one after the other. The method is based on the knowledge that in the case of electrolytic oxidation, as a result of the rapid increase in the contact resistance for the current at the already oxidized points, those points are also oxidized in which the bath resistance is somewhat greater. The current not only chooses the points of least resistance for its transition, but it is caused by their oxidation, little by little. also look for the not yet oxidized areas of the workpiece. The method according to the invention makes it possible, with limited coil diameters and bath dimensions, to electrolytically treat large wire lengths, in particular the normal production lengths, without subdivision.
The coil for performing the V process consists of several concentric
arranged support members, which are assembled during the winding and, from the inside
beginning to be wound up little by little.
The drawing represents

allows appropriately arranged winding machines.
In Abb. i ist zwischen den Scheiben ia und i b eine mittlere Verbindungsstange
2 angeordnet.
In Fig. I there is a central connecting rod between the disks ia and i b
2 arranged. The disks ia and 1b carry conical Bohrtmgen 3, in which the
with the corresponding mating cone provided rods 4 are inserted. The process
now takes place in such a way that only the first layer (shown in solid lines in the drawing)
the wire 5 is fully spooled. Then the next layer of bars is inserted
and the wire, as can be seen at x, brought to the next layer, whereupon in the same
Way, only in the opposite direction, the next layer is wound. Is this

it is possible to do extraordinary things on a light and little space-consuming reel
to accommodate large amounts of wire.
The coil according to Fig. 2 is designed somewhat differently. Here the cheeks ia and ib are connected by the bars 2 of the first layer. The cage rings 3, 4, 5 are loosely located on the cheek iv or on the respective underlying ring, which form the individual cages by means of a set of rods 6, 7, 8 and the end rings 9, io, ii. The cheek ia is formed with conical shoulders 12, 13, 14 into which the corresponding counter cones of the rings 3, 4 and 5 fit tightly.
Here the process is such that after winding the first layer by hand
or by the winding machine of the Rin- 3 with cage bar; gen 6 and end ring g over the
The coil is pushed until the counter cone of the ring 3 sticks to the cone 12,
so that the cage is energized and is taken along by its cone clutch.
An appropriate slot must be provided for the wire to pass through,
which has the advantage of making the ring 3 resilient. Well, the rinsing is done more
again in a downward direction, and after full spooling of the ring 3 is
the cage ring 4 pushed over in the same way. Repeat the same process
in every situation.
