Verfahren zur Vorbereitung von Rohphosphaten für die Herstellung von
Glühphosphaten
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur
Vorbereitung von Rohphosphaten für die Her-
stellung von Glühphosphaten unter Hindurch-
führen des angefeuchteten, pulverförniig en
l,',olipliosphats durch Walzenpaare und Ab-
lieben der erhaltenen Prel)linge, die darauf
dem Glühaufschluß unterworfen werden. Die
Erlindung bezweckt die Erzielung dünner
Plättchen von vorbestimmter Dicke und gleich-
mähiger Form ohne Verwendung eines Binde-
oder Plastizierungsmittels. Dies wird erfin-
dungsgemäß cladurch erreicht, daß das an-

schen. ebenfalls angefeuchteten, dichtmaschigen,
zweclcmüL>ig endlosen Bändern durch ein die
1'erformung auf die gewünschte Stärke von
etwa o,5 bis j min bewirkendes Walzenpaar
efülirt wird, worauf die Zerteilung des er-
haltenen Gutbandes in Plättchen gleichmäßiger
Dicke und Form mittels geriltelter Walzen
erfolgt und die Formstücke schliel:lich von
der Lrüterl.igc, insbesondere durch Umlenken
derselben, abgenommen werden.

die sich wegen ihrer geringen Dicke und
auch regelmäßigen Form sowie wegen des
Fortfalls jeglicher Frcmdstoftbeimischung für
den Glühaufschluß besonders gut eignen.
Diese Vorteile bestehen auch gegenüber den
zwar dünnen, aber völlig unregelmäßigen
Schuppen, die nach einem anderen bekannten
Verfahren durch explosionsartiges austreiben
der Feuchtigkeit aus Schichten gewonnen wer-
den, die sich durch Aufgielaeii von alkali-
haltigen Roliphosphatsuspensionen u. dgl. auf
eine Platte bilden. Auch gegenüber dein be-
kannten, zu möglichst kleinen Körnern ver-
formten Rohphosphat bieten die gemäß dein
Verfahren der Erlindung erhaltenen Pro-
dukte wegen der erheblich "-röl:.eren Gasdurch-
lässi-keit im Haufwerk den Vorteil eines
rascheren und gleiclimä l3igeren Aufschlusses.
Schließlich ist es bekannt, fein kristallisierte
halidüngesalze durch holten Druck in plat-
tenfürinige Körper zu pressen. Diese bilden
aber nur ein Zu-ischenerzeugnis und werden
unmittelbar ansclilieliend zti Körnern zcrl;lci-
nert, wobei mö-lichst die Staubbildun- ver-
