Description
Such facilities are already been used, to carry out cleaning, to remove bearing shells, or replace or remove the rotor of electrical machines. One these known devices have various disadvantages in that they are used is extremely inconvenient and it requires heavy cranes or bottle pullers to operate. Besides, she needed. a lot of space and a relatively large number of operating personnel. These disadvantages are particularly noticeable on ships, since everyone is free Space is to be used, but also lifting equipment such as junk and pulley blocks, not intended for such heavy inductor shafts in view of the on-board conditions can be. In addition, it is not easy to have sufficient personnel to operate the device, such as B. in stationary systems, Another known device for lifting heavier Shafts from their camp makes use of two levers that are pivoted by a lever screw and carry the bracket encompassing the shaft. It consists in its main part from two cast iron brackets, with which one of several stiffened against each other Angle iron existing traverse is screwed. Two levers can be rotated on this traverse attached to which the jack screw and the retaining bracket attack. The device is attached to the shaft bearing block with two screws during use. According to the invention are in a device for lifting heavy shafts from their camp with the help of two levers through Lifting screws are pivoted and carry the bracket encompassing the shaft, 'the on two-armed levers resting on both sides of the bearing body in relation to the shaft axis pivotable parallel vertical planes, and each lever is penetrated by two screws, which are screwed into the threaded holes used to fasten the bearing cover, one of which is the lever in the Near the pivot point, while 'the other serves as a jack screw. This device 'according to the invention has opposite the aforementioned device of the same type has the advantages that the across the camp Cross member to be laid, which serves to accommodate the screw that generates the lifting force, omitted and that any processing of the bearing body for the lifting device is superfluous is because the one used to attach the bearing cap

U. an Bord mitführen müssen, wichtig. The screw holes used for the lifting device can also be used for the screws. Furthermore, the expensive pivot bearing for the levers is no longer necessary because the levers are capable of doing so -5 their fork-shaped shape are guided by the screw bolts in the pivot plane. The saving in material and weight is due in particular to the. Elimination of the traverse great. This point of view is just for ίο ships that may have the lifting device on Have to carry a board with you, important.
Seen as a whole, the advantages of the device according to the invention are that its structure is extremely simple, it contains only a few insensitive parts and only requires little operator. Especially on ships in rough seas It is important that the removal of the rotor or the cleaning of a bearing is safe the personnel employed in assembly can be carried out.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing in one embodiment.

Fig. 2 the top view of the lifting device. The lifting device consists of the retaining bracket i, the two Druckhebeki 2, the pressure screws 3 and the retaining screws 4. After. removing the bearing cover is the Fixture on the pedestal with the help of screws 3 and 4 using the already existing threaded holes 6 and 7 attached. By further tightening the Pressure screws 3, the bracket 1 and thus the shaft 5 is raised so that the Bearing shell 8 or the shaft 5 can be removed. Because the stress on the pressure screws is very high, it will expediently be made of tempered special steel.
This lifting device can be used to remove or replace or clean the bearing shells be used by shafts of any kind ·, e.g. B. for rotors of electrical machines, Gear shafts.
