Verfahren zur Herstellung von Drogenextrakt enthaltenden Arzneimitteln
Nach dem Verfahren des Hauptpatents 667 482 werden zur Bereitung von Aufgüssen dienende
Drogenextrakt enthaltende Arzneimittel in der Weise hergestellt, daß ein Gemisch
von Drog@enauszüg und geschnittenen röhrenförmigen Stengelteilen getrocknet wird.
Damit in dem Fertigerzeugnis möglichst auch die wirksamen flüchtigen Bestandteile
der Droge @enthalten sind, werden nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren aus der Droge
in an sich bei anderen Verfahren bekannter Weise die wirksamen flüchtigen Bestandteile
durch Destillation gewonnen. Das Destillat, das durch nochmalige Destillation konzentriert
werden kann, falls sich die flüchtigen Bestandteile nicht auf der Oberfläche des
Destillates sammeln und abtrennen lassen, kann man mit dem Gemisch des durch Abdampfen
des D-roge,nauszuges gewonnenen Extraktes mit den röhrenförmigen Stengelteilen beim
Trocknen derselben vereinigen. Am besten verfährt man dann so, daß zunächst das
Gemisch des flüssigen Drogenextraktes mit den Stengelteilen getrocknet, darauf das
Konzentrat der flüchtigen Bestandteile zugesetzt und so weit nachgetrocknet wird,
