Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Emanation, Riechstoffe, Arzneimittel u. dgl. enthaltenden Emulsionen, Salben, Pulvern und ähnlichen Körpern In dem Hauptpatent wurde ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von emanations-, riechstoff-, Pharmaka- u. dgl. haltigen Emulsionen, Salben, Pulvern und ähnlicher Körper angegeben. Dabei wurde die Benutzung des Beimischungsstoffes in gas-, Pulver- oder staubförmigem Zustand beschrieben. Die weiteren Versuche haben zu der Erkenntnis geführt, daß auch in dem Fall, wenn der Beimnschungsstoff in Form einer Flüssigkeit oder einer Lösung benutzt wird, ebenfalls unter Anwendung des angegebenen Zerspratzungsverfahrens außerordentlich günstige Resultate erzielt werden. So kann man z. B. die emanationshaltigen Salben mit hohem Emanationsgehalt in der Weise herstellen, daß man in einen Behälter, der emanationshaltiges Wasser enthält, die flüssige Vaseline, Lanolin oder ähnliche fettartige Substanzen mit Hilfe einer geeigneten Düse zerspratzt. Es ist oft dabei zweckmäßig, die Temperatur des emanationshaltigen Wassers so weit zu erhöhen, daß die Vaseline nach dem Zerspratzungsvorgang nicht sofort erstarrt. Die sich dabei bildende Emulsion von Vaseline hält sich im Wasser längere Zeit, wodurch eine hohe Emanationsaufnahme durch die zerspratzten Vaselineteilchen erreicht wird. Durch die geeignete Gestaltung des Zerspratzungsraumes in bezug auf seine Länge und Ausdehnung läßt sich dabei ein längeres Verbleiben des zerspratzten Stoffes in der Flüssigkeit in Form einer feinen Emulsion erreichen. PATENTANSPRÜCHE: i. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Emanation, Riechstoffe, Arzneimittel u. dgl. enthaltenden Emulsionen, Salben, Pulvern und ähnlichen Körpern gemäß Patent 660 246, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zerspratzung des den Beimischungsstoff aufzunehmenden Körpers in einem Raum geschieht, der den Beimischungsstoff in flüssigem Zustand oder in einer Lösung enthält. z. Verfahren nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit und des zu zerspratzenden Stoffes bei dem Zerspratzungsvorgang so hoch gehalten wird, daß keine zu schnelle Erstarrung des zerspratzten Stoffes nach Austritt aus der Zerspratzungsdüse erfolgt. 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch i und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch
geeignete geometrische Gestaltung des Zerspratzungsraumes ein längeres Verbleiben des zerspratzten Stoffes in Form einer hochdispergierten Emulsion erreicht wird:PATENT CLAIMS: i.
