Description
Process for making rayon with uniform extensibility Drying twice is already known per se in the case of artificial silk post-treatment. By simply drying the rayon on bobbins twice however, the pulling striven for according to the invention is practically uniform in the thread not yet shrunk and therefore evenly stretchable rayon reach. Therefore, according to the method according to the invention, the on the spinning bobbin post-treated and dried rayon, if necessary with twisting, on a second spool rewound, moistened on this and dried again. Through the bathing process the original winding turned with regard to its thread layers. The one on the spinning bobbin thread layers located on the inside come to rest on the outside of the second bobbin and vice versa. The beginning of the spinning and the end of the spinning are therefore exchanged for each other. This will make the Desired shrinkage compensation enables. It is brought about by rewetting of the rewound roll and the subsequent second drying. The rewetting moves the unevenly shrunk thread into the Able to shrink again. Since the second drying now begins and ends spinning are interchanged, so in particular originally because of the resting on the unyielding bobbin most hindered from shrinking comes to lie on the outside and through the layers of thread underneath it creates a flexible, If a cushion that allows it to shrink is obtained, the initially existing ones can become damaged Compensate for differences in shrinkage between the beginning of the spinning and the end of the spinning so that that a rayon of practically uniform extensibility is obtained. By the In addition, rewinding can be relatively looser, more conducive to shrinking Generate a second roll.
The implementation of the method according to the invention is as follows explained in more detail on the basis of two examples, without, however, the invention .an the individual information should be bound.
Example i About 70.9 viscose rayon with a matt sheen (i 50 denier for 3a single threads), which has been spun on perforated, lacquered bobbins 130 mm long and 230 mm in circumference, is washed by sprinkling or by the vacuum process and then desulfurized and bleached and then dried at a temperature of about 70 °. After conditioning, the web is twisted on any twisting machine at 6o to 8o o / o humidity. The coil is then sprayed around then again for about 2 to 8 hours in a dryer at a temperature of about. Brought 70 °. Closing I "- the yarn is conditioned a second time and wound onto conical bobbins.
Example 2 High-gloss viscose artificial silk (2oo Den .., q.o single threads), in an amount of about 25o g on a corrugated rubber reel of goo mm circumference and zoo mm length is spun using the sprinkler or vacuum method washed, then desulfurized and bleached and then at one temperature dried from about 70 °. After conditioning, the coil is turned overhead at, one Humidity of the room of about 6o to 8o% twisted. Thereupon the coil sprayed for another 2 to 8 hours at about 70 ° and dried in a dryer. Then it is conditioned and the yarn. wound on conical bobbins.
The suggestion has also been made to remove the threads after them have been aftertreated and dried on the bobbin, if necessary under Twisting, rewinding on reels or other relaxable winding devices, . to moisten on this with moist air, steam or water mist and in to dry a second time in a relaxed state, while after the procedure of the invention, the threads that have been post-treated on the bobbin after the first drying, possibly with twisting, rewound on a second bobbin, moistened - and then be dried a second time. The funds used are thus in both cases different: according to the older proposal, the threads are on reels or other Relaxable Aufiii.ckelvorrichtungen rewound, however, after the process of the invention they are rewound on spools. -According to the older proposal will So in the fabrication course 'switched a new element, while after the Method according to the invention the same element, the coil, is retained. but The way the two elements work is also different: one on a reel or another relaxable winder shrinks rewound rayon when drying for the second time under different conditions than when drying for the first time the coil. If, however, the artificial silk is transferred from the spinning bobbin to another of the same type The bobbin is rewound, so the additional drying can be done under practically the same Carry out conditions such as initial drying, what for approximation of the During the second drying process, the beginnings and ends of the spinning were interchanged - important is.
Finally, the suggestion was made to use rayon threads to treat in the way na: ß that the on porous or, on with porous coverings provided perforated bobbins wound, freshly spun artificial silk on these Rinse the first wash, but the further aftertreatment after previous drying and re-spooling while twisting on the twisting bobbin.
According to this proposal, however, the follow-up treatment is divided by part of the wet treatment on the bobbin: the other after prior drying, takes place on the twisted bobbin. A shared follow-up treatment of the Artificial silk threads, partly on the spinning bobbin and partly on the twisted bobbin, are found in the meantime does not take place in the method according to the invention; rather, the artificial silk should follow the present process, finished after treatment on the spinning bobbin and dried before they @ rewound on a second bobbin, possibly with twisting, moistened and then subjected to a second drying. The procedure after the invention begins, so only at the moment in which the wet treatment is completed and a chemical attack of some treatment liquid on the winding no longer takes place.
