Szene mit Projektionsbildern kombiniert zu photographieren, wobei das Projektionsbild
den Hintergrund der Szene bildet und von hinten. auf einen im Hintergrund der Szene
aufgestellten Projekti:onsschii-m, projiziert wird. Um dabei eine den Kontrastreichtum
der projizierten Bilder beeinträchtigende Aufhellung der Projektionsfläche durch
die Szenenbeleuchtung zu vermeiden, muß die Projektionsfläche gegen die Szenenbeleuchtung
sorgfältig abgedeckt sein und die Schauspieler können nur von den Seiten beleuchtet
werden, nicht aber aus der Richtung der Kamera. Aber auch bei Beachtung dieser Regeln
wird .die Projektionsfläche durch reflektiertes Licht unvermeidlich so weit .aufgehellt,
daß zur Erzielung ausreichender Kontraste eine sehr starke Projektionslichtquelle
verwendet werden muß und das projizierte Bild nur verhältnismäßig geringe Ausmaße
haben kann. Aus diesem Grunde darf der Projektionsschirm nur sehr schwach mattiert
sein, und dies hat wiederum den Nachteil, daß die Streuung gering ist und infolgedessen

Die Erfindung setzt .ein Verfahren und .eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung,
kinematographischer Aufnahmen mit projiziertem Hintergrund voraus, bei welchem für
die Szenenbeleuchtung im wesentlichen gelbes Licht verwendet wird. Erfindungsgemäß
werden Lichtquellen hierfür vorgesehen, die Licht von einer Wellenlänge zwischen
570 und 6oo #t&, .ausstrahlen. Die Projektion des Hintergrundes erfolgt
dabei mittels andersfarbigen, vornehmlich weißen Lichtes auf einen Projektionsschirm,
der aus einem Ne-odym enthaltenden Stoff besteht. Durch einen solchen Projektionsschirm
werden die gelben Lichtstrahlen der Szenenbeleuchtung nicht reflektiert, infolgedessen
erfolgt durch die Szenenbeleuchtung .auch dann keine Verminderung des Kontrastreichtums
des Projektionsbildes, wenn dieses Licht unmittelbar auf den Projektionsschirm fällt.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht daher die Projektion viel größerer Bilder mit den heute
üblichen Projektionslichtstärken, als bisher möglich war und ermöglicht überdies
die Erzielung gleichmäßig ausgeleuchteter Projektionsbilder; da hierbei stark mattierte
Projektionsschirme mit starker Streuung Verwendung finden können. Schließlich gibt
das Verfahren nach der Erfindung auch die Möglichkeit, die Schauspieler aus der

vorkommt. Ein weiterer Vorteil dieses Verfahrens liegt darin, daß bei einer Verschiebung
der Kamera samt dem Projektor parallel zur Projektionsfläche die wirklichkeitsgetreue
Perspektive zwischen Vordergrund und Hintergrund genau erhalten bleibt, so daß z.
B. die Aufnähme von sich auf der Straße bewegenden Menschen anstatt vor einer Kulisse
vor einem erfindungsgemäßen Projektionsschirm, .auf welchen die Häuserreihe projiziert
wird, erfolgen kann, wobei Kamera und Projektor während der Aufnahme .auf einer
