Description
Heald frame In modern weaving technology, the aim is to increase the height of the Reduce weaving shed as much as possible, because with a reduced shed height also a reduced stress on the warp threads. Partly pursues this purpose also the heald frame forming the subject of the present invention with a Litz carrying rod supported only in the two side parts.
According to the invention, the heddle support rod is dimensioned and tensioned in such a way that that he is when the heald frame is lifted into the upper shed under the load of the warp threads sags and thus the formation of a during the shuttle passage on everyone Passage point of the same high compartment guaranteed over the entire working width.
In common heald frames, the upper and lower heddle support rods are supported at small intervals so that the heald support rod forms a straight line. That The strands are lifted evenly across the entire working width. But now the shuttle enters the shed on about 2/3 of the way of the sley, so in this position the shed height must already be so large that the web shuttle can enter the subject unhindered. It then results in the last third of the store aisle, d. H. when the shuttle has passed the middle of the warp, an effectively too large shed. This affects, as mentioned above. .on the chain tension and thus has a detrimental effect on the stress on the warp threads. Especially standstills chain thread breaks have the most unfavorable influence on the performance of the loom, it is of the utmost importance to keep this to a minimum. The in in a manner known per se unsupported upper strand support rod, which is affected by the load sags towards the middle of the warp, enables the shedding of the shuttle cross-section better; adapt, d. H. due to the increasing bending towards the center of the shaft of the upper. Strand support rod will compensate for this in the last third The store aisle creates an unnecessarily created opening for the passage of the web shuttle, and as a result of the partially reduced warp thread lifting into the upper shed the warp threads are spared.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Figs. I and 2 show the shed schematically in elevation and in cross-section.
Fig. 3 shows the heald frame when forming the high shed, .d. H. with loaded upper strands, and Fig. 4 shows the balanced compartment with the same compartment height during the whole passage of the web protection schematically.
In Fig. i bezeichnet A den Wiebschützen in den Stellungen seines Eintrittes
Fig. 3 now shows the upper heddle support rod D supported at the ends in the shaft side parts C and Cl, the rest of the. but is rustic. E denotes the lower heddle support rod around F the only horizontal heald frame rail. 3 shows the shaft when the high shed is formed, ie with the upper strands loaded. By means of regulating screws H, the correspondingly dimensioned upper heddle support rod D can be tensioned in the required manner, namely in such a way that it bends under the load of the warp threads when the heald frame is lifted into the upper shed and thus the formation of one during the shuttle passage on each Transmitted, angssteUe t equal hQheu times higher than the working width 4nze ensures out. The hatched area in FIG. 3 now means the reduction in the height of the pitch, which is brought about as a result of the sag to compensate for the increase in shelf height caused by the store aisle in the last third (FIGS. I and z).
Fig. Q. shows a compartment balanced in the manner described the same shed height during the entire passage of the shuttle, that is to say excessive stress on the warp threads is avoided and the latter is therefore better are spared than with heald frames with upper and lower shafts supported at small intervals lower strand support rails.
