Device for stacking flat rolling stock
Device for the St <ilulii \ - <m flat, @ -on the scissors coming rolling groove
on a lovable and lowerable fish, at one end of which there is a yielding
Advance is located. The invention consists in running in the direction of the goods
in front of your stacking table conveying or Driving rollers are arranged, the different speed
have and take turns coining to the effect. The driving roller to be located after the scissors
has a higher peripheral speed than that to be located after your stacking table
Driving roller, the speed of the first driving roller is dimensioned so that their class
The initial speed is greater than the running speed of the scissors
coming rolling stock. After the rolling stock has passed through, the effect of the
first drive roller on the 'rolling stock lifted and the second drive roller to the effect
brought, which then due to their lower peripheral speed on the rolling stock
has a braking effect, so that it gently counteracts it after it has hit the stacking table
pushes the advance. To reduce the friction of: the goods on your stacking table,
it is advisable to arrange the top of the stacking table at an angle after the advance.
It can also be advantageous for the table top to be trough-shaped in the longitudinal direction
to train. It is useful to each of the drive rollers with a counter roller, which by
the drive rollers are driven, let them work together 711. It is with one
Sheet depositing device for high-speed, paper-processing machines \ proposed
the individual sheets by means of conveyor belts at a slower speed
to be fed to the discard pile. The speed of the conveyor tracks or
that of their assigned discarding balines can be significantly slower than the speed
the paper processing machine.
In the case of the object of sale, on the other hand, the scissors should be placed after the scissors
Listening rollers have a higher initial speed than the running speed
of the rolling stock arriving from the shears. The ones to be placed after the stacking table
Conveyor rollers should have a lower t2 "initial speed than the running speed
of the rolling stock influenced by the preceding conveyor rollers. . Included
but it is essential that both pairs of conveyor rollers are never at the same time, but
come into effect one after the other, like this, <always let only one pair of conveyor rollers
is effective. Since, according to the invention, the initial speed of the after the scissors
to located conveyor rollers should be greater than the running speed of the
Scissors coming rolled material is created as soon as the material leaves the scissors
has, a distance between this and the following rolling stock. This spacing
is necessary to get the rolling stock, without bumping into it, on what is already on the stacking table
to allow rolling stock located to run up.
In a device for
machine stacking of identically shaped workpieces, such as can lids and the like,
the rigid stacking base can be inclined. The ini stacking shaft already
Rolling stock located protrudes beyond the stack bottom towards the side of the incoming rolling stock
and lies above the conveying level of the incoming rolling stock, so that this the stack
undermines and thereby raises. With the subject of the application, however, the stacking table must
so to the incoming goods lic; geti that the goods run up on top of the stacked goods. Included
the stacking table can be bellied and lowered by itself, which is the case with the device mentioned
is not the lall.
