Process for dyeing cellulosic fabrics
Main patent 645 735 is a process for dyeing cellulosic textiles,
after the sulfonic acids of phthalocyanines applied and the colorations obtained
optionally subjected to an aftertreatment with higher molecular weight amines.
Man erhält
blauen Farbton auszeichnet. It has now been found that other cellulosic substances can also be dyed in the manner described. For example, it is possible to dye paper, paper raw materials, cardboard, straw, cellulose, linters, cotton wool, wood, films or sponges made of cellulose in bright shades of excellent lightfastness, which are characterized by good leveling, using the usual working methods. Example r Bleached sulphite pulp is dyed in a known manner in the Hollander with about r% of the sodium salt of a sulphonic acid of copper phthalocyanine, which is produced by sulphonating copper phthalocyanine with about 300% oleum, and then optionally sized. After a sufficiently long grinding time, the colored paper stock is processed into paper on a paper machine after prior dilution in the vat. A uniformly colored paper is obtained which is distinguished by a particularly bright blue color.
Paper can also be prepared by treating it with a solution of the aforesaid
Subsequent dyeing of the dye in the immersion process. In this case, too, one obtains
bright blue shades.
Trockenvorrichtung getrocknet. Man erhält einen klar grünblau gefärbten Film.Instead of the sulfonic acid of copper phthalocyanine, one can also use
use the sulfonic acids of other metal-containing phthalocyanines, e.g. B. the sulfonic acids
of iron, nickel, cobalt and aluminum phthalocyanines. Example A colorless one
Film of unprecipitated cellulose is 2 minutes through an aqueous liquor containing z
° / o of the sodium salt of sulfonic acid of a metal-free phthalocyanine and 5
° / o contains glycerine, led and then
in a suitable
Dryer dried. A clear green-blue colored film is obtained.
Beispiel 3 , .
Example 3,. The phthalocyaninesulfonic acids can also be used for dyeing through
of wood can be used. For this purpose z. B. Maple with a solution
coated with 20 g of a Kupferplithalocyaninsulfonsäure in 1 liter of water. To the
A solution of -5 g of a copper phthalocyanine sulfonic acid is used to dye the hornbeam

will. In both cases, a phthalocyaninesulfonic acid with i to z sulfonic acid pen can be used
in the molecule as well as those with j @ ifonic acid groups in the molecule.
