Von bekannten Meßstöpseln mit in einem Gehäuse untergebrachtem Kippgefäß unterscheidet sich die Erfindung im wesentlichen dadurch, daß das Kippgefäß entgegen der Fließrichtung der Flüssigkeit in der Ebene der Fließrichtung kippbar gelagert ist und das Gehäuse an seinem der Ausgußschnauze abgekehrten Ende einen von außen regelbaren Hahn und ein in die Flasche eintauchendes ίο Luftzuführungsrohr aufweist. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß das das Kippgefäß umgebende Gehäuse dem Flaschenhals entsprechend schlank ausgebildet werden kann, so daß beim Ausgießen durch die sonst notwendigen seitliehen Ausladungen des Gehäuses die Sicht nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Der Meßstöpsel besteht im wesentlichen aus einem mittels eines Halses 15 im Flaschenkorken 14 befestigten zweiteiligen Gehäuse i, 2, in welchem ein Kippgefäß 3 bei 4 aufgehängt ist. Oberhalb des Kippgefäßes befindet sich der Ausflußstutzen S für die aus der Flasche 6 austretende Flüssigkeit. 7 ist ein Rohr zum Einführen der Luft. Der Flüssigkeit saustritt kann durch einen Hahn 8 geregelt werden, der mittels einer Handhabe 9 und eines Zeigers über einer Skala 10 (vgl. Abb. 3) eingestellt wird und die Geschwindigkeit des Austritts der Flüssigkeit bestimmen läßt. Das Kippgefäß 3 ist außen an seinem Boden (vgl. Abb. 2) ebenfalls mit einer Skala 11 versehen, über der ein Gewicht 12 verschwenkbar ist, das vermittels Bügeln 13 am Schwenkpunkt 4 des Kippbehälters 3 aufgehängt ist. Je nach Schwenklage dieses Ge-wichts 12 wird also der Kippbehälter 3 früher, wenn er weniger gefüllt ist, oder später, wenn er mehr gefüllt ist, in Richtung 3' in die gestrichelte Lage 3" kippen.
