The invention relates to a rotary drilling machine for drilling or cutting rock or mineral, in which the advance and retraction of the drill is effected by a nut driven by a differential gear, which can be coupled either to the gear or a fixed housing wall. In the case of machines of this type, the drill bit is set in rotation directly by the drive spindle so that its number of revolutions is equal to that of the drive spindle. The gearbox is already automatic at the end of the drill advance. disengaged. Conversely, rotary drilling machines are also known in which a transmission gear is arranged between the drive spindle and the drill; In this case, however, the feed of the gear and thus that of the drill take place directly from the drive spindle, that is, both the drill feed and the decrease in accordance with the speed of rotation of the drive spindle. In contrast, in order to achieve greater independence between the rotational speed of the drill and its feed and return speed as well as good storage for the drill, according to the invention a housing containing the storage and a gear for the drilling spindle is arranged displaceably on a guide frame and for displacement of the gear housing is provided a nut which wanders on the threaded drive shaft and is set in rotation by the gear. Here, the translation between a drive wheel directly coupled to the shaft and the drive wheel to be coupled with the traveling nut can be dimensioned such that the traveling nut is set by the gear unit in a rotation that is slightly ahead of the spindle rotation. According to the invention, there is an automatic decoupling of the traveling nut from the gearbox at the end of the advance feed and an automatic uncoupling of the traveling nut from the gear housing at the end of the drill return path by means of stops arranged on the gear housing and causing a displacement of a component of the traveling nut. The 50 · transmission runs in both Bohrerendstellungen, so in perfect idling while in: a drill known type in the two end positions under the effect of a resistance and wear offered frictional engagement continues.

. The drive motor b of the machine is firmly built on a frame α , and a threaded spindle d is set in rotation by this motor with the interposition of a clutch c and possibly also a back gear, which on the one hand, in a bearing ze / and on the other hand, on the other ίο End of the machine, is immovably mounted in a bearing plate g. The spindle ti has one or more longitudinal grooves X 1 and a toothed wheel Ji with spring wedges k , which is arranged displaceably on the spindle d, engages in these longitudinal grooves, so that the toothed wheel / z rotates with the spindle d. Below the spindle d the drill or bits / are rotatably mounted in a gear box e and in the bearing plate g , and the drill or bits / each carry a gear, one of which (see FIGS. 2 and 4) 'with the Gear h. is in engagement and causes the rotary movement of the drill assigned to it. The drill / or one of the drills also carries a gearwheel / rotating with it, and this gearwheel / is in turn engaged with a gearwheel m ; the gear m is loosely rotatable ; a traveling nut 0 which engages with an internal thread in the thread of the spindle d. On the Wanderrmitter ό is. arranged longitudinally displaceably a ο with the nut '■ rotating coupling sleeve η' which in.'ihrer a in Figure 2 is illustrated · ο position the nut coupling with m on the gear disposed fingers m. 1. shifts to the coupling sleeve η in the sense of Fig. 2 to the left, "su 'it-with comes an'dem gearbox e arranged fingers p Ziirn * engaged and the clutch sleeve can η also into a middle position y between the two. fingers m > and p , in which it is not in engagement with any of these fingers . To move this coupling sleeve in one or the other of these three positions, an operating lever q hinged to the gearbox e ; with the lever q is used connected by a connecting rod t . · a! articulated on the other side! of the gear case lever u · which carries a stop. The lever q engages in an annular groove of the coupling claw η by means of bolts t and contact pieces? s located on them, as illustrated in particular in FIG.
The entire transmission is within · the gearbox e, which likewise "is longitudinally displaceable and from which only the threaded spindle d on both sides and on the one in the sense of Figure 2 is left side of the coupling sleeve." On the frame [ '- protrudes. Furthermore, the drill or bits / are stored in the gear box e. If the machine is equipped with several drills, these can either be arranged in one plane, as illustrated in FIG. 4, or instead also in the ring. If hollow drills are used as drills, they are equipped in their interior with a thin hollow cylinder f 1 , which extends from one end of the drill to the equally hollow drill bit f 2 and in the sense of FIG. 2 to the left out of the drill / by means Handle / 3 can be pulled out.
If the drill carrying the gear wheel / in the sense of its drill bit rotates clockwise, the motor and thus the spindles must be anti-clockwise; the gear h , i, I, tn also has such a translation that the gear wheel m rotates counterclockwise in the same sense, but somewhat faster than the spindle D. This has the consequence that the traveling nut 0 coupled to the gear wheel m through the sleeve η turns Moved slowly forward on the spindle rf in the sense of "FIG. 1" from left to right, thereby moving the entire transmission with the gear box e and the drills / forward in the same sense until the coupling sleeve n, be it by hand is moved into the middle position y by means of the lever q or by striking the stop ν against the end shield g; In this central position of the coupling sleeve, the traveling nut 0 is freely rotatable, so that it is then only set in rotation by the spindle d , but is no longer displaced. The feed of the drill / is then ended. If the coupling sleeve η in the sense of Fig. 2 shifted MRACH left so that. it comes into engagement with the fingers p located on the end wall of the gear box e , this locks the traveling nut 0 against rotation, and it is consequently driven by the threaded spindle d in the opposite direction as before on the spindle in the sense of FIG. 1 of moves right to left, whereby it in turn: takes the gear box e together with the entire gear unit and the drill (s) / and pushes it back quickly, 'until that in the sense of FIG. 2
