Description

Elektrische Maschinen, deren Ständerblechpaket durch zugleich zum Befestigen der Lagerträger dienende Bolzen zusammengehalten wird, sind bekannt. Ein Ständergehäuse kommt hierbei in Fortfall. Bei dieser bekannten Bauart !eines ,Kurzschlußläufermotors wird der Abstand der Lagerträger von dem Ständerblechpaket durch metallische Hülsen gesichert,, die über die Bolzen geschoben werden. Es ist ferner bekannt, die zum Zusammenhalten der Ständerbleche dienenden Bolzen durch Ansätze der Ständerbleche hindurchzuführen, so daß sie außerhalb des magnetischen Kreises liegen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kommutatormaschine entsprechender Art, die hauptsächlich, als Universalmotor zum Einbau in Maschinen oder Geräte verwendet werden soll. Gemäß der Erfindung bestehen die auf die Bolzen geschobenen Hülsen aus Isolierstoff und dienen zum Tragen der Bürsten, wobei sich ihre zugehörigen Bolzen durch Ansätze der Ständerbleche hindurcherstrecken. Hierdurch, wird ein überaus einfacher und billiger Aufbau der Maschine erreicht, da für die Bürstenbefestigung keine besonderen Bauteile erforderlich sind. Dies ist namentlich für kleinere in der Massenfertigung -hergestellte Universalmotoren von großer Bedeutung, da hierdurch der Herstellungspreis; sehr gering ward. Die an den Hülsen befestigten Bürsteinhalter sind somit von den aktiven Teilen des Motors völlig isoliert. An den auf die Bolzen 14 geschobenen isolierenden Hülsen 18 sind gemäß der Erfindung die Bürstenhalter 19 befestigt. Soll die Maschine gemäß der Erfindung als Einbaumotor verwendet und beispielsweise in ein Gerät, eine Arbeitsmaschine o. dgl. eingebaut werden, so kann sie mittels der Gewinde am Ende der Bolzen 14 in beliebiger Weise gehalten oder an einer Grundplatte befestigt werden.
