Trucks for carrying garbage The invention relates to trucks
For transporting garbage or the like. Their multi-part container in its longitudinal axis
is inclined to both sides and the rear part of the container serving as a pouring space
is hingedly connected to the main container.
Drehen
In the known garbage trucks this ax - the more or less

of the main container must be carried. The big tipping or
However, the angle of rotation also has the disadvantage that one for loading the main container

Relationships with a simple lifter.
Behälterteil (Hauptbehälter) in diesen hineingeschwenkt
wird. These disadvantages are essential to the subject matter of the invention
thereby avoided that the lower part of the filling area - the actual filling bend container

besteht. Der Hauptbehälter setzt sich: aus
zwei Teilen. 3 und 4 zusammen, die durch Ver-
schlußhaken 5 starr miteinander verbunden
werden können. Der größere Behälterteil 3
ist an seinen. Enden um je ein auf dem Fahr-
gestell i. vorgesehenes Lager 6 und 7 mittels
einer bekannten Hubvorrichtung 8 schwenkbar
angeordnet.

und dessen Wand i i schließt den Haupt-
behälter nach außen ab. Durch nicht dar-
gestellte Zwischenlagen zwischen den Wän-
den i 2 und 15 bzw, 13 und 16 sind diese
gegen Entweichen von Stauly abgedichtet. An
der Wand i i des Einfüllbehälters 2 liegen
an beiden Enden mittels Rollen 17 Hebel 18
hälterteiles 3 gelagerten, zur - Achse i o par-
allelen Welle r9 sitzen.. Im. der Mitte dieser
Welle 19 ist icin anderer, zu den $ebieln 18
senkrecht stehender Heb-el2o befestigt, der
über eine Zugfeder 21 und eine Kette 22.
mit dem hinteren Ende des Fahrgestelles i
verbunden ist (Abb-.3). Ferner ist die Ein-
richtung getroffen, daß sich der Behälterteil. 4
deren freie Enden Lenker 2'4, 25, 26 an-
Höhe (etwa i, im) liegende Einschüttöffnung
13 so viel Gut in den Einfüllbehälter 2 ge-
schüttet worden, daß dieser in den. Iiaupt-
behälter 3, ,4 jentleert werden muß, so wird der
gesamte Aufbiau 2, 3, 4 durch die Hubvorrich-
tung 8 in der aus. Abb. i ersichtlichen. Lage
der Teile 2, 3 und 4 zueinander um das La-
ger 6 geschwenkt.
i i des EinfüUb,ehälters 2 drückenden Hebel
18 im gleichen. Sinne verschwenkt worden
sind. Dadurch ist der Einfüllbiehälter 2 in
den Teil 4 des Hauptblehälters 3,4 hinein-
gekippt worden. (gestrichelt in Abl@.3). Da
die Waa.d i i des Einfüllbehälters 2 mit der
Bodenwand des Behälterteiles 3 iln.einer
Ebene liegt, so kann: unter denn. Einfuß der
Erdschwere alles in dem Einfüllbehälter 2 be-
findliche Gut auf dieser Wand i i in den
Hauptbehälter 3, 4 rutschen. Nach Ent-
leeren des Einfüllblehälters 2 wird der ge-
samte Aufbau 2, 3, 4 in die Beladestellung
(Abt. i) zurückgeschwenkt. Dabei kippt der
Einfüllbehälter 2 auf der Achse io durch
Schwerkraft in seine ursprüngliche Lage
zurück.
Nach etwa dreimaligem Wiederholen. dieses
Vorganges ist der Hauptkasten 3; 4 mit
Schüttgut gefüllt. Zur vollständigen Be-
ladung des gesamten Aufbaues, wird zum
Schluß oder EinfüllbehMter nochmals gefüllt.
Soll nun der ;Müllwagen vdllxg entleert
werden, so werden der Verschluß 5 für den
Kastenteil 4 und der Verschluß. für die Wand
i i gelöst, und darauf wird der Behälterteil 3
durch die Hubvorrichtung 8 um das Lager 7
gekippt (Abh.4). Gleichzeitig wird der Ein-
füllbehälter 2 und der Teil 4 .des Haupt-
behälters, nachdem sie starr mitein=der ver-
bunden worden sind, mittels der Zugvorrich-
tung 27 über die Lenker 26, 25, 24 ;und die
Lappen 23 im Sinne des Pfeiles y (Abt-. 4)
nach oben geschwenkt. Dabei hängt die ge-
löste Wand i i lotrecht nach unten, so daß
sich die Teile 3, 4 des Hauptbehälters wie
auch der Einfüllbiehälter 2 vollständig ent-
leeren können (Abb-.4). Durch umgekehrte Bewegungsvorgänge werden
dann die Behälterteile 2, 3, 4 wieder in die Beladestellung (Abb. i) zurückgebracht. The arrangement according to the invention has the further advantage that for emptying the pouring container into the main container, it only has a little over the. Slip angle of the bulk material (in the case of garbage .about 60 °) needs to be tilted or rotated, since the wall serving as a slide when emptying the filling container can be easily brought in the direction of the bottom wall of the main container. The shape of the pouring-in container is therefore without any inuence on the size of the Kpp or. Angle of rotation of the main container. The object of the invention therefore also has the advantage that, when loading from the rear, the space at the rear end of the chassis is completely for the hopper used Werder
can because -the one facing the chassis

can run perpendicular to the chassis.
