Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Prüfung eines Gasgemisches, bei welcher die Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Gemisches mit derjenigen eines normalen Gases unter Benutzung von in den Stromkreis einer Wheatstoneschen Brücke eingeschalteten Widerstandsheizelementen verglichen wird.
Die bis jetzt verwendeten Meßzellen dieser Art sind kostspielig und bedürfen besonderer Vorsichtsmaßregeln, um einen einwandfreien, genauen Einbau bzw. eine bestimmte Lage des Widerstandsdrahtes in der Meßkammer zu erzielen. Es hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, daß man als ge-
1S nügend zuverlässige Vergleichszelle eine handelsübliche gasgefüllte Metallfadenglühlampe verwenden kann. Von solchen Glühlampen eignen sich erfahrungsgemäß diejenigen mit in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Achse verlaufendem Draht ganz besonders für den vorliegenden Zweck. Ferner hat sich herausgestellt, daß ein kreisförmig in Zickzacklinie um die Achse herumgeführter Glühdraht eine zuverlässige Wirkung ausübt.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch:
    Einrichtung zur Prüfung eines Gasgemisches durch Vergleich seiner Wärmeleitfähigkeit mit derjenigen eines normalen Gases unter Benutzung von in den Stromkreis einer Wheatstoneschen Brücke eingeschalteten Widerstandsheizelementen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Vergleichszelle eine handelsübliche gasgefüllte Metallfadenglühlampe dient.
