- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von als Zwischenprodukte für die Herstellung von Pestiziden geeigneten 2-Aminomethylpyridinderivaten durch Kondensation eines Halogenpyridinderivats mit Nitromethan und anschließende katalytische Hydrierung der auf diese Weise erhaltenen 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivate.

- Ist das Nitromethylpyridin durch ein zusätzliches Halogenatom substituiert, so besteht die Schwierigkeit, die hydrogenolytische Dehalogenierung des Pyridinrings während des Reduktionsschritts zu vermeiden (P.N. Rylander, Hydrogenation Methods, Best Synthetic Series, Academic Press, 1985, Seite 148). Die oben erwähnten Verfahren können deshalb im allgemeinen nicht ohne beträchtliche weitere Verbesserungen auf für halogensubstituierte Nitromethylpyridinderivate anwendbar angesehen werden.
- Es wurde nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Aminomethylpyridinderivaten gefunden, das die oben erwähnten Nachteile nicht aufweist, da lediglich Spuren von dehalogeniertem Produkt beobachtet werden, und das sich daher für die Durchführung im Großmaßstab eignet.

- n, X, Y, R1 und R2 wie oben definiert sind, führt, und diese 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivate der Formel (IV) in einem zweiten Schritt in Gegenwart eines Katalysators und in Gegenwart einer Säure hydriert.
- Die als Ausgangsmaterial für die Durchführung des ersten Schritts des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens benötigten 2-substituierten Pyridinderivate sind durch die Formel (II) allgemein definiert.
- Bevorzugte Definitionen der Reste der 2-substituierten Pyridinderivate der Formel (II) sind wie folgt:
- n steht vorzugsweise für 0, 1 oder 2, besonders bevorzugt für 0 oder 1, ganz besonders bevorzugt für 1.
- X steht vorzugsweise für Fluor, Chlor oder Brom, besonders bevorzugt für Fluor oder Chlor, ganz besonders bevorzugt für Chlor.
- X befindet sich vorzugsweise in der 3-Stellung des Pyridinrings, d.h. in der Ortho-Stellung zum Rest A.
- Y steht vorzugsweise für Fluor, Chlor, Brom, C1-C6-Halogenalkyl mit 1 bis 13 aus der aus Fluor, Chlor und Brom bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählten Halogenatomen, (C1-C6-Alkoxy) carbonyl oder C1-C6-Alkylsulfonyl, besonders bevorzugt für Fluor, Chlor, Brom, C1-C4-Halogenalkyl mit 1 bis 9 aus der aus Fluor, Chlor und Brom bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählten Halogenatomen, (C1-C4-Alkoxy)carbonyl oder C1-C4-Alkylsulfonyl, ganz besonders bevorzugt für Chlor, Trifluormethyl, Trichlormethyl, Methoxycarbonyl, Ethoxycarbonyl, n-Propoxycarbonyl, Isopropoxycarbonyl, Methylsulfonyl oder Ethylsulfonyl.
- Y befindet sich, wenn n für 1 steht, vorzugsweise in der 5-Stellung des Pyridinrings, d.h. in der Para-Stellung zum Rest A.

- Bevorzugtes Ausgangsmaterial der Formel (II) sind 2-substituierte Pyridinderivate, in denen n für 1 steht,
- X für Chlor steht, Y für C1-C4-Halogenalkyl, insbesondere Trifluormethyl, steht und A für Chlor oder Trifluormethylsulfonyl, insbesondere Chlor, steht.
- Das besonders bevorzugte als Ausgangsmaterial für das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren verwendete 2-substituierte Pyridinderivat der Formel (II) ist 2,3-Dichlor-5-(trifluormethyl)pyridin.
- 2-substituierte Pyridinderivate der Formel (II) sind bekannt und/oder lassen sich nach bekannten Verfahren herstellen.
- Die als Ausgangsmaterial für die Durchführung des ersten Schritts des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens benötigten Nitroalkane sind durch die Formel (III) allgemein definiert.
- Bevorzugte Definitionen der Reste der Nitroalkane der Formel (III) sind wie folgt:
- R1 steht vorzugsweise für Wasserstoff, C1-C6-Alkyl, C3-C8-Cycloalkyl oder (C3-C8-Cycloalkyl)methyl, besonders bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, C1-C6-Alkyl, C3-C6-Cycloalkyl oder (C3-C6-Cycloalkyl)methyl, ganz besonders bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, sec.-Butyl, tert.-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Isopentyl, neo-Pentyl, n-Hexyl, Isohexyl, neo-Hexyl, Cyclopropyl, Cyclobutyl, Cyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl, Cyclopropylmethyl, Cyclobutylmethyl, Cyclopentylmethyl oder Cyclohexylmethyl.
- R2 steht vorzugsweise für Wasserstoff oder C1-C6-Alkyl, besonders bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, sec.-Butyl, tert.-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Isopentyl, neo-Pentyl, n-Hexyl, Isohexyl, neo-Hexyl, ganz besonders bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, tert.-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Isopentyl, n-Hexyl oder Isohexyl.
- R1 und R2 stehen weiterhin zusammen vorzugsweise für C2-C5-Alkylen, besonders bevorzugt für -(CH2)2-, -(CH2)3-, –(CH2)4-, -(CH2)5-.
- Nitroalkane der Formel (III) sind bekannte chemische Verbindungen. Typische Beispiele für Nitroalkane der Formel (III) sind: Nitromethan, Nitroethan, 1-, 2-Nitropropan, 2-Nitropropan, 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-Nitrobutan, 2-Methyl-1-nitropropan, Nitrocyclopropan, Nitrocyclobutan, Nitrocyclopentan, Nitrocyclohexan, Nitromethylcyclopropan. In dieser Liste sind lediglich Beispiele für Nitroalkane der Formel (III) aufgeführt, wodurch der Schutzbereich der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht eingeschränkt wird.
- Die als Ausgangsmaterialien für die Durchführung des zweiten Schritts des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens erforderlichen 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivate der Formel (IV) sind durch die Formel (IV) allgemein definiert.
- Für die Reste der 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivate der Formel (IV) gelten die gleichen bevorzugten, besonders bevorzugten und ganz besonders bevorzugten Definitionen wie oben für die Formeln (II) und (III) angeführt.
- 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivate der Formel (IV) sind neu und ebenfalls Teil dieser Erfindung.
- Gesättigte oder ungesättigte Kohlenwasserstoffreste, z.B. Alkyl und Alkenyl, können jeweils geradkettig oder verzweigt sein, soweit dies möglich ist, auch in Kombination mit Heteroatomen, z.B. in Alkoxy.
- Das Verfahren gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung eignet sich insbesondere für die Herstellung von 2-Aminomethyl-3-chlor-5-trifluormethylpyridin, indem man im ersten Schritt in Gegenwart von Kalium-tert.-butanolat, Natrium-tert.-butanolat oder Kaliumhydroxid in DMSO als Lösungsmittel 2,3-Dichlor-5-trifluormethylpyridin mit Nitromethan zu 3-Chlor-2-nitromethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridin umsetzt, das im zweiten Schritt in Salzsäure mit Palladium-auf-Aktivkohle als Katalysator zu 3-Chlor-2-aminomethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridin hydriert wird.
- Der erste Schritt des Verfahrens gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird in Gegenwart einer Base durchgeführt. Geeignete Basen sind jeweils alle anorganischen und organischen Basen, die herkömmlicherweise für solche Umsetzungen verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise verwendet man Erdalkali- oder Alkalialkoxide, wie Natriummethanolat, Natriumethanolat, Kalium-tert.-butanolat und Natriumisobutanolat, Alkali- und Erdalkalihydroxide, wie Natriumhydroxid, Calciumhydroxid und Kaliumhydroxid, Alkalicarbonate oder -hydrogencarbonate, wie Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumcarbonat, Lithiumcarbonat, Cäsiumcarbonat, Kaliumhydrogencarbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat, und außerdem tertiäre Amine, wie Trimethylamin, Triethylamin, Tributylamin, Diisopropylethylamin, N,N-Dimethylanilin, Pyridin, N-Methylpiperidin, N,N-Dimethylaminopyridin, Diazabicyclooctan (DABCO), Diazabicyclononen (DBN) oder Diazabicycloundecen (DBU). Besonders bevorzugt sind Natriummethanolat, Natriumethanolat, Kalium-tert.-butanolat, Natrium-tert.-butanolat, Natriumisobutanolat, Natriumhydroxid und Kaliumhydroxid, ganz besonders Kalium-tert.-butanolat, Natrium-tert.-butanolat, Natriumhydroxid und Kaliumhydroxid.
- Der erste Schritt des Verfahrens gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels durchgeführt. Geeignete Verdünnungsmittel sind jeweils alle herkömmlichen inerten organischen Lösungsmittel. Vorzugsweise verwendet man gegebenenfalls halogenierte aliphatische, alicyclische oder aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Petrolether, Hexan, Heptan, Cyclohexan, Methylcyclohexan, Benzol, Toluol, Xylol oder Decalin; Chlorbenzol, Dichlorbenzol, Dichlormethan; Ether, wie Diethylether, Diisopropylether, Methyl-tert.-butyl-ether, Methyl-tert.-amyl-ether, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, 1,2-Dimethoxyethan, 1,2-Diethoxyethan oder Anisol; Alkohole, wie Methanol, Ethanol, tert.- und Isobutanol; Nitrile, wie Acetonitril, Propionitril, n- oder Isobutyronitril oder Benzonitril; Amide, wie N,N-Dimethylformamid, N,N-Dimethylacetamid, N-Methylformamid, N-Methylpyrrolidon oder Hexamethylphosphorsäuretriamid; Ester, wie Essigsäuremethylester oder Essigsäureethylester; Sulfoxide, wie Dimethylsulfoxid, oder Sulfone, wie Sulfolan.
- Die Reaktionstemperaturen können bei der Durchführung des ersten Schritts der erfindungsgemäßen Umsetzung innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Temperaturen zwischen -20°C und +150°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 0°C und 60°C, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 20°C und 30°C.
- Der erste Schritt der Umsetzung wird zweckmäßigerweise unter Normaldruck durchgeführt, wenngleich es auch möglich ist, unter niedrigerem oder höherem Druck zu arbeiten. Besonders bevorzugt führt man die Umsetzung bei Normaldruck durch.
- Die Reaktionszeit beim ersten Schritt kann je nach Größe des Ansatzes schwanken und zwischen 1 h und 48 h, vorzugsweise zwischen 3 h und 24 h, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 5 h und 15 h, liegen.
- In der Praxis wird der erste Schritt des Verfahrens durchgeführt, indem man beispielsweise 1 mol eines 2-substituierten Pyridinderivats der Formel (II) in Gegenwart von 1 bis 10 mol, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 mol, besonders bevorzugt 1 bis 3 mol einer Base mit 1 bis 10 mol, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 mol, besonders bevorzugt 1 bis 3 mol des Nitroalkans der Formel (III) umsetzt. In bestimmten Fällen kann man auch andere Verhältnisse einsetzen.
- Der zweite Schritt des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens wird in Gegenwart eines Katalysators durchgeführt. Als geeignete Katalysatoren können Raney-Nickel, Raney-Cobalt, Palladium-auf-Aktivkohle, Palladiumsalze, Platin und Platinoxide erwähnt werden. Bevorzugt wird Raney-Nickel, Raney-Cobalt und Palladium-auf-Aktivkohle. Insbesondere verwendet man zwischen 0,0001 und 2 Äquivalenten des 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivats der Formel (IV) an Palladium-auf-Aktivkohle. Als Cokatalysator kann man Ammoniumchlorid im Bereich von 0 bis 10 Äquivalenten einsetzen. Um die Dehalogenierung auf ein Mindestmaß zu beschränken, kann der Zusatz eines Katalysatorinhibitors (z.B. KBr) hilfreich sein (vgl. WO 02/16322).
- Der Katalysator läßt sich nach dem Durchschnittsfachmann bekannten Verfahren recyceln. Insbesondere kann man den Katalysator leicht durch Filtrieren recyceln.
- Der zweite Schritt des Verfahrens gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird in Gegenwart einer Säure durchgeführt. Als Säuren eignen sich jeweils alle anorganischen und organischen Säuren, die herkömmlicherweise für solche Umsetzungen verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise verwendet man Mineralsäuren, wie Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure und Phosphorsäuren, und organische Säuren, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propionsäure, Trifluoressigsäure, Trichloressigsäure und Methansulfonsäure. Insbesondere werden Salzsäure oder Essigsäure verwendet.
- Der zweite Schritt des Verfahrens gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels durchgeführt. Geeignete Verdünnungsmittel sind jeweils alle herkömmlichen organischen Lösungsmittel. Vorzugsweise verwendet man gegebenenfalls halogenierte aliphatische, alicyclische oder aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Petrolether, Hexan, Heptan, Cyclohexan, Methylcyclohexan, Benzol, Toluol, Xylol oder Decalin; Chlorbenzol, Dichlorbenzol, Dichlormethan; Ether, wie Diethylether, Diisopropylether, Methyl-tert.-butyl-ether, Methyl-tert.-amyl-ether, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, 1,2-Dimethoxyethan, 1,2-Diethoxyethan oder Anisol; Alkohole, wie Methanol, Ethanol, tert.- und Isobutanol; Amide, wie N,N-Dimethylformamid, N,N-Dimethylacetamid, N-Methylformamid, N-Methylpyrrolidon oder Hexamethylphosphorsäuretriamid; Ester, wie Essigsäuremethylester oder Essigsäureethylester; organische Säuren, wie Essigsäure.
- Die Reaktionstemperaturen können bei der Durchführung des zweiten Schritts der erfindungsgemäßen Umsetzung innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Temperaturen zwischen -20°C und +150°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 0°C und 60°C, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 20°C und 30°C.
- Der zweite Schritt der Umsetzung wird unter einem Wasserstoffdruck von 0,5 bis 200 bar, vorzugsweise von 2 bis 50 bar, besonders bevorzugt von 3 bis 10 bar, durchgeführt.
- Die Reaktionszeit beim zweiten Schritt kann je nach Größe des Ansatzes schwanken und zwischen 1 h und 48 h, vorzugsweise zwischen 3 h und 26 h, liegen.
- In der Praxis führt man den zweiten Schritt des Verfahrens aus, indem man beispielsweise 1 mol eines 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivats der Formel (IV) in Gegenwart eines Katalysators und in Gegenwart einer Säure in einer Menge von 0 bis 10 mol, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 mol, besonders bevorzugt 2 bis 3 mol, hydriert.
- Das Verfahren gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird nun anhand des folgenden Beispiels erläutert.
- Herstellungsbeispiel
- Beispiel 1 (3-Chlor-2-nitromethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridin)
- Kalium-tert.-butanolat (20,2 g, 0,18 mol, 2 Äq.) wird zusammen mit 90 ml trockenem Dimethylsulfoxid in einen 250-ml-Dreihalskolben gegeben. Unter einer Atmosphäre von trockenem Argon wird das Nitromethan (11 g, 0,18 mol, 2 Äq.) unter mechanischem Rühren und Kühlen mit einem Eisbad langsam zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird weitere 15 min bei 20°C gerührt. Dann wird bei 17°C innerhalb von 5 min 2,3-Dichlor-5-trifluormethylpyridin (19,44 g, 0,09 mol, 1 Äq.) zugesetzt. Die Temperatur fällt zunächst auf 13°C, während man zum Ende der Zugabe eine exotherme Reaktion auf 27°C beobachtet. Die Mischung wird auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen gelassen und weitere 14 h gerührt.
- Das dunkelbraune Rohprodukt wird in 150 ml Wasser gegossen, worauf dreimal mit jeweils 50 ml Essigsäureethylester extrahiert wird. Die vereinigten organischen Phasen werden mit drei 30-ml-Portionen Wasser gewaschen und anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Filtrieren wird das Lösungsmittel bei 20°C und einem Vakuum von 150 mbar entfernt.
- Ausbeute: 22,8 g 3-Chlor-2-nitromethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridin (95,7 der theoretischen Ausbeute, 90,9 rein)
- 1H-NMR (d6-DMSO): δ = 6, 21 (s, 2H), 8,68 (d, 1H), 9,05 (dd, 1H) ppm.
- MS (gekoppelte LC/MS): m/z (%) = 243 (36) und 241 (100) jeweils [M+ + H].
- Beispiel 2 (3-Chlor-2-nitromethyl-5-triflormethylpyridin, PyMN)
- Gepulvertes Kaliumhydroxid (9,35 g, 0,15 mol, 3 Äq.) wird zusammen mit 70 ml trockenem DMSO in einen 250-ml-Dreihalskolben gegeben, und unter einer Atmosphäre von trockenem Argon wird unter mechanischem Rühren und Kühlen mit einem Eisbad zum Beibehalten einer Temperatur von 20°C innerhalb von 30 min langsam mit dem in 30 ml trockenem DMSO gelösten Nitromethan (6,1 g, 0,1 mol, 2 Äq.) versetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird weitere 15 min bei 20°C gerührt. Dann wird das 2,3-Dichlor-5-trifluormethylpyridin (10,80 g, 0,05 mol, 1 Äq.) als eine Portion zugesetzt, ohne daß es zu einer endo- oder exothermen Reaktion kommt. Die Mischung wird auf 50°C erhitzt, 3 h bei dieser Temperatur gerührt und dann auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen gelassen.
- Das dunkelbraune Rohprodukt wird in 500 ml Wasser gegossen, durch Zugabe von verdünnter Salzsäure angesäuert und anschließend dreimal mit jeweils 50 ml Essigsäureethylester extrahiert. Die vereinigten organischen Phasen werden mit drei 30-ml-Portionen Wasser gewaschen und anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Filtrieren wird das Lösungsmittel bei 20°C und unter einem Vakuum von 150 mbar entfernt.
- Ausbeute: 9,72 g 3-Chlor-2-nitromethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridin (73,9% der theoretischen Ausbeute, 91,4 rein)
- Beispiel 3 (3-Chlor-2-aminomethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridinhydrochlorid)
- Durch Verdünnen von 30%iger methanolischer HCl mit der entsprechenden Menge an Methanol wird eine Lösung von 7,69 g (0,211 mol, 2 Äq.) Wasserstoffchlorid in trockenem Methanol hergestellt. Zusammen mit der oben erhaltenen methanolischen HCl werden 3-Chlor-2-nitromethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridin (25,9 g, 0,106 mol, 1 Äq.) und 5,50 g 5% Pd-auf-Aktivkohle in einen Hastelloy-Autoklaven gegeben, und es wird 26 h bei Raumtemperatur und unter einem Wasserstoffdruck von 5 bar reduziert.
- Nach dem Entspannen auf 1 bar wird der Katalysator abfiltriert und mit kleinen Mengen an Methanol gewaschen, worauf alle organischen Phasen vereinigt wurden und das Lösungsmittel bei 30°C und unter einem Vakuum von 150 mbar entfernt wird.
- Die erhaltenen rohen Kristalle werden zur Aufreinigung in Dichlormethan suspendiert. Nach dem Filtrieren und Waschen mit Dichlormethan werden die hellgrauen Kristalle über Phosphorpentoxid getrocknet.
- Ausbeute: 24,13 g 3-Chlor-2-aminomethyl-5-trifluormethylpyridinhydrochlorid (92,5% der theoretischen Ausbeute, 99,9% rein 1H-NMR (d6-DMSO): δ = 4,37 (d, 2H), 8,61 (d, 1H), 8,83 (s breit, 3H), 9,03 (d, 1H) ppm.
- MS (gekoppelte GC/MS): m/z (%) = 212 (13) und 210 (38) jeweils [M+], 184 (24) und 182 (79), 30 (100).

- Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Aminomethylpyridinderivaten der allgemeinen Formel (I) oder Salzen davon in welcher n für 0, 1, 2 oder 3 steht, X für ein Halogenatom steht, Y für ein Halogenatom, Halogenalkyl, Alkoxycarbonyl oder Alkylsulfonyl steht, wobei die Reste Y gleich oder verschieden sein können, wenn n für 2 oder 3 steht, R1 für Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Cycloalkyl oder Cycloalkylmethyl steht, R2 für Wasserstoff oder Alkyl steht, R1 und R2 weiterhin zusammen für Alkylen stehen, bei dem man in einem ersten Schritt 2-substituierte Pyridinderivate der Formel (II) in welcher n, X und Y wie oben definiert sind und A für ein Halogenatom, Trifluormethylsulfonyl oder Methylsulfonyl oder einen anderen Rest, der als negativ geladene Abgangsgruppe fungieren kann, steht, in Gegenwart einer Base mit einem Nitroalkan der Formel (III) in welcher R1 und R2 wie oben definiert sind, umsetzt, was zu 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivaten der Formel (IV) in welcher n, X, Y, R1 und R2 wie oben definiert sind, führt, und diese 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivate der Formel (IV) in einem zweiten Schritt in Gegenwart eines Katalysators und in Gegenwart einer Säure hydriert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei im ersten Schritt als Base Natriummethanolat, Natriumethanolat, Kalium-tert.-butanolat, Natrium-tert.-butanolat, Natriumisobutanolat, Natriumhydroxid oder Kaliumhydroxid, vorzugsweise Kalium-tert.-butanolat, Na trium-tert.-butanolat, Natriumhydroxid oder Kaliumhydroxid, verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei im zweiten Schritt als Katalysator Raney-Nickel, Raney-Cobalt oder Palladium auf Aktivkohle, vorzugsweise Palladium auf Aktivkohle, verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei im zweiten Schritt als Säure Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure, Phosphorsäure, Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propionsäure, Trifluoressigsäure, Trichloressigsäure oder Methansulfonsäure, vorzugsweise Salzsäure oder Essigsäure, verwendet wird.
- 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivate der Formel (IV) in welcher n für 0, 1, 2 oder 3 steht, X für ein Halogenatom steht, Y für ein Halogenatom, Halogenoalkyl, Alkoxycarbonyl oder Alkylsulfonyl steht, wobei die Reste Y gleich oder verschieden sein können, wenn n für 2 oder 3 steht, R1 für Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Cycloalkyl oder Cycloalkylmethyl steht, R2 für Wasserstoff oder Alkyl steht, R1 und R2 weiterhin zusammen für Alkylen stehen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Nitromethylpyridinderivaten der Formel (IV) nach Anspruch 5, bei dem man 2-substituierte Pyridinderivate der Formel (II) in welcher n, X und Y wie in Anspruch 5 definiert sind und A für ein Halogenatom, Trifluormethylsulfonyl oder Methylsulfonyl oder einen anderen Rest, der als negativ geladene Abgangsgruppe fungieren kann, steht, in Gegenwart einer Base mit einem Nitroalkan der Formel (III) in welcher R1 und R2 wie in Anspruch 5 definiert sind umsetzt.
