Die von der Photozelle zu betätigende Schaltoder Anzeigevorrichtung kann ebenfalls in dem Gehäuse 7 untergebracht sein. In Verbindung mit der Photozelle 3 und der Lichtquelle 2 kann eine geeignete Optik vorgesehen sein, um mittels einer möglichst schwachen Lichtquelle möglichst starke Lichtimpulse auf die Photozelle 3 werfen zu können. Dieses geschieht während jeder Umdrehung der Achse 1 einmal, und zwar während einer verhältnismäßig sehr kurzen Zeit.
