Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Seifen, Seifenersatz- und Waschmitteln aller Art, insbesondere von Lösungs- und Emulgiermittelseifen, in Mischung mit Olein oder seinen Homologen und höhermolekularen Alkoholen. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß der Gehalt an höhermolekularen Alkoholen bis zu ι 0/0 und der Gehalt an Olein oder seinen Homologen bis zu 10 o/o, berechnet auf die gesamte Menge der Seife oder Seifenersatz- oder Waschmittel, beträgt.The invention relates to a process for the production of soaps, soap substitutes and detergents of all kinds, in particular solvent and emulsifying agent soaps, in a mixture with olein or its homologues and higher molecular weight alcohols. Hierbei kommen jedoch beträchtliche Mengen an Olein zur Verwendung, und zwar soll die Menge des Oleins ungefähr gleich oder halb so groß sein wie die der in der Seife gebundenen Fettsäuren. Der technische Vorteil der Verwendung dieser geringen Mengen an Olein und höheren Alkoholen besteht u.a. darin, daß praktisch eine Geruchlosigkeit der Produkte möglich und das Ranzigwerden der Seife vermieden werden. Trotz des Zuzatzes von Olein bleibt die Seife fleckenlos und ansehnlich.
