Das Ventil besteht aus einem Druckeintrittsstutzen 1, der an ein mit Druckaustrittsstutzen 2 versehenes Gehäuse 3 angeschlossen ist. Die Bohrung des Stutzens 1 ragt in das Gehäuse 3 hinein und wird normalerweise durch eine an einer Ventilspindel 5 angeordneten Dichtungsscheibe 6 geschlossen gehalten, indem diese durch eine Feder 11 auf eine Sitzfläche 7 gepreßt wird. Um die Sitzfläche 7 herum und konzentrisch zu ihr ist eine zweite Sitzfläche 8 höhenunterschiedlich so angeordnet, daß ein Ringkanal 9 gebildet wird. Durch die Feder 11 wird ferner eine an der Spindel 5 starr befestigte und mit ihrem Rand in dem Gehäuse 3 fest eingespannte Membran 10 auf die Sitzfläche S gepreßt. Die Spannung der Feder 11 kann durch eine im Gehäuse 3 schraubbar angeordnete Mutter 12 geregelt werden. In der Mutter 12 ist eine die Spindel 5 in sich aufnehmende Büchse 13 verschiebbar angeordnet. Die Büchse 13 besitzt einen Schlitz 14, in welchem ein mit der Spindel 5 starr verbundener Stift 15 geführt ist. Die Büchse 13 ragt aus dem Gehäuse 3 heraus und ist mit einer Handhabe 16 versehen. Das Gehäuse 3 ist durch einen Deckel 17 abgeschlossen, der von der Büchse 13 durchdrungen wird, um Unbefugten ein Verstellen der Mutter 12 und damit der Spannkraft der Feder 11 unmöglich zu machen. Bemerkt sei noch, daß aus Sicherheitsgründen der Schlitz 14 zu dem Stift 11 so angeordnet ist, daß die Membran 10 und die Dichtungsscheibe 6 beim Ziehen an der Handhabe wohl von ihren Sitzen abgehoben, aber beim Niederdrücken der Handhabe 16 und damit der Büchse 13 nicht auf ihre Sitze 7, S gepreßt werden können. Dies hat zur Folge, daß die Betriebssicherheit des Ventils auch dann nicht beeinflußt werden kann, wenn die Handhabe 16 von unberufener Seite durch ein Gewicht belastet wird, weil der Abstand zwischen der Unterkante 18 der Handhabe 16 und dem Deckel 17, also der Hub der Büchse 13, um ein Geringes kleiner bemessen ist, als die nutzbare Länge des Schlitzes 14 ausmacht.The valve consists of a pressure inlet connector 1, which is connected to a housing 3 provided with a pressure outlet connector 2.
