Description
Bei der Verbindung von elektrischen Fahrzeugen miteinander ist es notwendig, einzelne Kabel zu kuppeln. In vielen Fällen sind hierbei an der Vorderseite des einen oder auch beider Wagen Anschlußsteckdosen angeordnet, in die ein Stecker eingeführt wird, an den die Kabel angeschlossen sind. Die Steckdosen sind hierbei in vielen Fällen zu beiden Seiten mit Führungsschienen und mit einem Handhebel ausgerüstet, durch den der eigentliche Kuppiungsvorgang bewirkt und eine Verriegelung zwischen Dose und Stecker erreicht wird. Hierbei muß der Stecker mit zugehörigem Kabelende vor Betätigung des Hebels von Hand bereits sitzrichtig in die am Fahrzeug befestigte Dose eingesetzt und dann für das Umlegen des Handhebels eine Hand frei ■gemacht werden, so daß also für das Halten des Steckers nur die andere Hand verfügbar bleibt.
