Description
Mold for Briquette Extrusion The invention relates to molds for briquette extrusion presses for the production of briquettes from lignite, peat, beet pulp, crushed feed and d-1. and should serve to provide quick relief to avoid the briquette that has just been pressed. Molds of this type are used to achieve of the necessary pressing pressure is known to result in a narrowing, the so-called buckle, Mistake. In the previously common molds, the walls run from the punch leading edge parallel to the beginning of the hump, or they come closer to each other. Here the elastic recovery after the punch has retreated is only due to the wall friction and the remaining pressure in the compacts is low. Consequently there is the disadvantage that the pressing pressure is almost canceled when the ram is reduced so that a relief of the briquette just pressed occurs. The strength the briquette therefore leaves something to be desired in many cases.
It is already known that the molding channels behind the hump after the Discharging the press to gradually expand. It is also known to the First to provide the baling channel with a gradual widening and that of it to lead subsequent walls parallel. In contrast, the invention consists in that the molding channel between the punch guide and the constriction known as the hump an expansion formed by a shoulder of the molding channel or gradually increasing owns.
The drawing shows four exemplary embodiments of a molding channel shown schematically according to the invention.
Fig. I shows one of the from the end. e of the stamp track on the route e-a gradually expands, whereupon the hump a-b, the parallel-walled. This segment b-c and finally a gradual widening c-d follows.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which the to the punch guide subsequent gradual expansion first into the parallel-walled line f-a passes to the. then the hump a-b adjoins.
Fig.3 shows another embodiment in which the molding channel is behind the punch guide in a paragraph expanded and then so on the line e-a is guided parallel-walled up to the hump.
Finally, there is also the possibility according to Fig. Q., Which is sent to the Die guide subsequent part e-g of the molding channel initially parallel-walled shape and then a relatively short one, 'extending to the following hump a-b to connect conically widening part g-a.
Die Form der Erweiterung hängt von der Elastizität und der Druckfestigkeit der neu gebildeten Preßlinge ab.Due to the arrangement of the known extension of the press channel before the usual constriction (hump) according to the invention is a high maintenance of the Pressing pressure in the hump of the form even after the punch has returned from its end position e reached, so that the time available for the solidification of the compacts compared to the previously used mold is extended at the same speed of the press. So if a certain time is required for briquette formation, the press output can roughly in the ratio of the printing times at the same speed compared to the previous one Form tool can be increased. At the same speed, the compacts will bind better achieved and thus their production is also possible from substances that would otherwise be cannot be briquetted economically. In the mold according to the invention the briquette mass pressed into the enlarged space and after the decline of the Prevents the stamp from expanding through the narrowed part of the press channel, which means relief of the briquette located in the hump is avoided. Until the decline of the stamp, the hardening of the mass has progressed so far that a noticeable Attrition by the wall pressure does not occur in the last pressed briquette. The shape of the extension depends on the elasticity and the compressive strength of the new formed compacts from.
