Großhaus mit durch äußere Laufgänge zugänglichen Kleinwohnungen Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung des Gebäudes nach dem Hauptpatent 585 ogi, das ein Großhaus mit einer großen Anzahl nebeneinanderliegender Kleinwohnungen und einem etwa in der Gebäudemitte liegenden Treppenhaus zum Gegenstand hat, und bezweckt, in sämtlichen Wohnungen eines Geschosses eines solchen Hauses für die ,gleichartigen Räume die gleiche Lage zu den Himmelsrichtungen zu erbalten. Beim Gebäude nach dem Hauptpatent trat diese Wirkung deshalb nicht ein, weil die Zugänge zu den Wohnungen bei beiden Gebäudehälften auf entgegengesetzten Seiten der Hausfront lagen. Das erstrebte Ziel wird nun dadurch erreicht, daß das Treppenhaus um 9o° gegenüber der Anordnung des Hauptpatents gedreht wird, derart, daß die Treppenläufe parallel zur Hausfront laufen und das Treppenhaus an einer Seite des Großhauses angeordnet wird..
