versehener Elektrofilter gezeigt.Electrostatic precipitators with non-spraying charging electrodes The invention relates to
an electrostatic precipitator, in which non-spraying charging electrodes replace the collecting electrodes
are arranged opposite one another. Electrostatic precipitators of this type have become known
in which the collecting electrodes, similar to those provided with spray fields
Filters, are provided with trap area precipitation electrodes. It has also been suggested that
in the case of such electrostatic precipitators provided with non-spraying charging electrodes, the collecting electrodes
to give an approximately wavy shape and the cross-section of the charging electrodes
adapt this shape so that the passage cross-section at all points of the
Filter is about the same size. Hereinafter. is now a new type of training
such with non-spraying charging electrodes and opposing trap chamber precipitation electrodes
provided electrostatic precipitator shown.
According to the invention, such an electrostatic precipitator is designed in such a way that
that the collecting chamber precipitation electrodes consist of elements of approximately tulip-shaped cross-section
exist and these elements are most convex in the vicinity of the trap openings
are curved to the opposite charging electrode. This creates the advantage
achieved that at these points the gradient force of the electric field according to the
Precipitation electrodes is directed towards and related to the existing field force
added. This is how the precipitation effect caused by the field force becomes
considerably-reinforced. The dust particles present in the gases become as a result
to a greater extent, just before the gases at the trap chamber openings. sweep by,
drifted towards the area of precipitation and finally into the trap openings
promoted in. A considerable improvement can therefore be achieved in this way
the precipitation effect of such electrostatic precipitators achieve those with non-spraying
Charging electrodes and trap area precipitation electrodes are provided.
It was already known per se, fume precipitation electrodes
of electrostatic precipitators: to be designed in such a way that they face strong convex curvatures
own the charging electrodes. But one has such collecting chamber precipitation electrodes
not yet used in filter systems with non-spraying charging electrodes.
aufgenommen. In the figure is an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
shown in elevation. i is an electric precipitation chamber in which several
Rows of precipitation electrodes 2 and non-spraying charging electrodes next to one another
3 are hung up alternately. The collecting electrodes z are in this case as trap area impact electrodes
formed and consist of elements of about. tulip-shaped cross-section. the
Charging electrodes 3, which are under high voltage, are, as the figure shows, so
shaped so that its cross-section is adapted to that of the collecting electrode z. *
The distance between the deposition and charging electrodes is as a result
about the same at all points, so that there is an even, strong feta
between. the two types of electrodes. The gas to be cleaned flows into
the direction of arrow 4 through between the electrodes. The one contained in the gases
Dust is driven by the electric field towards the collecting electrodes.
As the figure shows, the collecting electrodes are in the vicinity of the trap chamber openings
most convexly curved towards the opposite charging electrode. Consequently
the dust particles contained in the gases with increased force after the
Precipitation electrode drifted and from the openings of the precipitation electrode
recorded.
