Description

Electric gas cleaning device with spraying in a gas duct and collecting electrodes are positioned alternately one behind the other at right angles to the gas flow. In the case of electrical gas cleaning systems with sieve-like ones that are perpendicular to the gas flow Collecting electrodes will be most of the dust on the first electrodes deposited, and the amount decreases more and more towards the end of the filter. As a result, there is not only the risk that the first separation electrodes will clog can, but the gas cleaning system is also not used favorably. The most economical Yield will result if. each pair of electrodes (spray and spray: electrodes) absorbs the same electrical energy and therefore practically the same Amount of dust precipitates. One could try to achieve this effect by the electrical conditions in the individual parts of the precipitation chamber changes gradually or in groups. However, this continues to be relatively intricate Einrirhtungen for controlling the energy to be delivered to the electrodes in advance.

The invention now relates to a dust precipitation system in which the electrical conditions, in particular the current strength and the voltage between the electrodes in the individual sections of the chamber remain the same or approximately the same, but with an even deposition of the substances to be precipitated is achieved in the individual parts of the chamber.

According to the invention 'this is achieved in that the between the spray electrodes standing double collecting electrodes and all under each other same, z. B. as networks with the same mesh size, are formed, and that between two such associated collecting electrodes have one or more sieves are switched on, their mesh size in the direction of the gas flow individually or in groups successively decreases.

An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. i is the precipitation chamber; 2, 3 and 4 are groups of, for example, wire-shaped Spray electrodes, shown in cross section.

These groups of outflow electrodes are now collecting electrodes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and i o assigned. Between the collecting electrodes 6 and 7, 8 and 9 are wire screens i i and i2. You are with the. Collecting electrodes electrically connected, so also take part in the Dust separation part. But while the collecting electrodes 5 to i io all have the same mesh size so that in the sections between, the spray and the associated collecting electrodes have the same electric field, the mesh size of the sieve 12 is smaller than that of the sieve i i.

Naturally, considerably more stages can also be used than in the exemplary embodiment specified, should be applied. The gases entering in the direction of the arrow flow through so in the. individual sections places the same field density, but must nevertheless pass through wire screens gradually or in groups of decreasing mesh size. In this way, a completely uniform deposit of the to be separated can be achieved Achieve particles in the individual sections of the precipitation chamber.

Instead of a sieve between two collecting electrodes Of course, several of them can also be selected.

The width of the mesh for the collecting electrodes can, for example consistently be 25mm. The sieves hit by the gas stream first may be able to 2o mm mesh size obtained, whereby these for the distant sieves are each individually or reduced step by step until the last sieves are now only about 2 mesh sizes: to have.
