Die Länge des Tuches .2 ist nun so berechnet, daß es beim Umschlingen des Querbügels 6 der hochglanzpolierten Platte i diese Platte wölben muß, und zwar z. B. in der Form, die Abb. 2 und 3 zeigen, damit das Schloß 5 um die Riegelnase io herumgelegt und darin dieses zum Einspringen gebracht werden kann: In dieser Stellung liegen die auf die Platte i aufgequetschten Bilder mit einem gewissen Anpressungsdruck gegen die Rückseite des Tuches 2, so daß sie gegen Abheben beim Trocknen geschützt sind. Die Platte i, die gleichzeitig an dem die Riegelnase io tragenden Querhügel 8 abgestützt ist, führt sich mit ihrem Querbügel 6 in dem Schlitz y des Rahmens 3 geradlinig, so daß also durch die Spannvorrichtung die beiden Enden der Platte i einander genähert und in die Sehne des Bogens eingestellt werden, den die Platte i gemäß Abb. 3 bildet. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform dient das Tuch 2 gleichzeitig als Spannmittel, indem es durch .die Festlegung an dem Querträger q. an -dem einen Ende mit seinem beweglichen Ende den geradgeführten Querbügel 6 der Platte i verschiebt, wenn dieses Tuch angespannt und zum Einspringen des Schlosses 5 in die Riegelnase io eingesprengt wird.In the illustrations, i is the highly polished, advantageously made of an elastic material such as steel or bronze, existing z.
