Lubrication for refrigerating machines Refrigerating machines, in particular for small and medium-sized capacities, should be so simple in their construction and mode of operation that they require as little supervision as possible. This requirement also applies in particular to lubrication. For this reason, the seaming has been designed automatically, that is, by installing special pumps, a steady circulation of the oil has been created from the oil collecting chamber to the gear parts to be lubricated and back to the oil collecting chamber. Lubrication of the transmission parts has already been effected by omitting special oil pumps; that one can also suck in liquid particles through the compressor with the Kälte.mittelgasen forming in the evaporator, which are fed to the gear parts. However, these machines are those in which a mixture of refrigerant liquid and lubricating oil is used. Such a mixture is never regarded als.vollwertiges lubricating material because that is 01 itself is not sent to the rubbing transmission parts in a pure state, and because the refrigerant forming the main component of the liquid have a detrimental effect on the transmission parts. Such machines will therefore easily overheat even with an excess of lubricating fluid. The accumulation of large amounts of liquid in the compressor housing accommodating the gear parts easily leads to liquid hammers and thus to the destruction of the machine. The design of these known machines does not permit the use of a refrigerant which separates itself sharply from the oil, so the lubrication remains imperfect in these machines too.
Zweckmäßig baut man
The subject of the invention is an automatic lubricating device without the use of a pump for such refrigerating machines, in which the refrigerant used is a liquid heavier than lubricating oil, for example sulfurous acid, and in which the evaporator operating with flooding is lower than the compressor. The novelty is that through the oil supply floating on the liquid refrigerant a pipe connected to the evaporator and the crankcase is passed, which has a fine side inlet opening for the oil in the area of the oil level, so that the oil rising from the evaporator and from the Vapors sucked in from the compressor, which gain increased speed as they pass through the pipe, entrain oil through the side opening and lead to the gear parts. The compressor is expediently built as a DC machine and the gases are drawn in through the engine housing. But if you have the suction valve of the compressor in the cylinder head, the 01 is separated out in a separator and allowed to flow into the engine housing. The housing then receives an overflow back into the oil chamber of the evaporator.
Bauart. The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the new
Design type.
guter. Die Zeichnung ist nur ein Beispiel. Glocke io, Rohr 9 und Zwischengehäuse
5 können anannigfaltig ausgebildet sein.i is the cylinder of a compressor. 2 is the engine housing, 3 is the engine and 4 is an electric motor which is directly coupled to the engine and which is attached to the housing with or without an intermediate stuffing box. 17 is the interior of the drive mechanism housing. 14 is the evaporator with the cooling fins 6. With brine cooling, the fins fall away. 5 is an intermediate housing between the evaporator and the compressor. This intermediate housing can be designed as desired. It can be a simple straight pipe, it can be bent, it can also be to the side of the compressor. '7 is the refrigerant liquid, 8 is the oil floating on the refrigerant. 13 is the injection line from the condenser, which leads the refrigerant mixed with C51 into the evaporator. The line 13 expediently opens where the refrigerant and oil separate. The oil supplied in the pipe 13, which the compressor tore into the condenser, has a short way upwards, and the refrigerant has immediately reached the same substance. io is a collection bell for the rising vapors and 9 is the gas pipe that leads through the oil 8. The bell io prevents the gases from rising directly into the oil. As a result, they would have too little speed to pull enough oil into the engine. Refrigerant liquid can flow downwards through a small opening 12 in the lowest part of the bell jar. The opening 12 is so small that only the smallest amounts of gas could go up through it. This small amount of gas is irrelevant. ii is a small opening in the gas pipe 9, through which sufficient oil always flows from the oil supply 8 into the interior of the pipe 9. The cross-section of the pipe 9 is dimensioned so that a sufficiently high gas velocity arises according to the distance from the oil supply 8 to the engine 3 and so the oil in the pipe 9 is torn upwards with it. 15 is the oil level, 16 delimits the lowest line of the engine 3. The oil level is therefore lower than the engine, and there is no resistance when the engine is immersed in the oil , from the engine oil sprayed off, and especially by the inflowing from the condenser through the tube 01. in the capacitor 13 passes only the 01, the tearing of the compressor into the cylinder. So the oil supply is almost always the same and the compressor is lubricated very reliably. In order that not too much pulled into the cylinder 01, the space 17 can be also formed as a separator, and most of the C51 then flows back down into the reservoir B. This design does not have -the preferred ,. that oil pumps, excavators etc. are avoided with a11 their potential for malfunction. In addition, the new design is very cheap. Furthermore, the oil is prevented from being thrown around by the engine. So not so much oil is torn into the cylinder, and the degree of filling of the cylinder is very good. The drawing is just an example. Bell io, tube 9 and intermediate housing 5 can be designed in manifold ways.
