Verfahren zur Verminderung der Explosionsgefahr bei der elektrischen Entstaubung von entzündliche oder brennbare Staubteilchen enthaltenden Gasen niedriger Eigentemperatur Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung des Verfahrens nach Patent 542 611 zur Verminderung der Explosionsgefahr bei der elektrischen Entstaubung von Gasen niedriger Eigentemperatur, die, wie z. B. die aus allen Fördereinrichtungen von Braunkohlenbrikettfabriken kommende Staubluft, entzündliche oder brennbare Staubteilchen enthalten. B. aus Dampfkesselfeuerungen, zugeführt. Die Befeuchtung der heißen Abgase kann durch Einleitung von Dampf oder Wasser erreicht werden.
