Infolge der Einstaubung der Rohbraunkohle besitzt das niedergeschlagene Gut nunmehr einen wesentlich höheren Kohlenstoffgehalt, der eine unmittelbare Verfeuerung, insbesondere in Kohlenstaubfeuerungen, gestattet.
