Description

Die Erfindung betrifft elektromagnetische Relais mit drei aus Flacheisen bestehenden Magnetschenkeln, deren breitere Seiten zu einer durch die Magnetschenkel gelegten Ebene parallel verlaufen und deren Magnetwicklung auf dem mittleren Schenkel angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung hat den Zweck, eine vereinfachte Lagerung des Magnetankers zu erzielen, um besonders billige Herstellungsverfahren, die sich für Massenfabrikation eignen, anwenden zu können. Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Abb. 1 bis 4 besteht der Magnetkern aus einem Stanzblechstück 1, das drei Schenkel 2, 3, 4 aufweist. Die Magnetspule 6 ist auf dem mittleren Schenkel 3 angeordnet, und somit wird der Magnetfluß auf die Schenkel 2 und 4 verzweigt. Der Magnetkern ist also im wesentlichen U-förmig. Der Anker 7 besteht aus einem rechteckigen Blechstück, das quer über den vorderen Ende.n der Schenkel 2, 3, 4 angebracht und innerhalb einer keilförmigen Tasche gelagert ist, die durch die Platte 8 gebildet ist. Die Platte 8 besteht aus einem ausgestanzten Blechstück, das durch Schrauben 9 auf der unteren Seite des Magnetkerns an den äußeren Enden der Schenkel derart befestigt ist, daß die Schenkel gleichzeitig fest miteinander verbunden werden.
