beschrieben, das darin besteht, daß man Sulfosäuren oder Sulfaminsäuren von Nitronaphthalsäurederivaten
vom allgemeinen Typ
wobei X Wasserstoff, Alkvl, Aralkyl oder Aryl bedeutet und die Nitrogruppe in verschiedenen
Stellungen stehen kann, mit reduzierenden Mitteln behandelt oder sulfofreie Derivate
obiger Formel mit solchen reduzierend wirkenden Mitteln behandelt, die gleichzeitig

und mit etwa roo Gewichtsteilen Hydrosulfit in etwa 3oo Raumteilen Wasser einige
Stunden zum Sieden erhitzt. Das unlösliche, fast ungefärbte 4-Nitro-z, 8-naphthalsäurecyclohexylimid
geht allmählich mit tiefgelber Farbe in Lösung. Nach dem Absaugen der heißen Lösung
scheidet sich beim Abkühlen aus dem Filtrat der neue Farbstoff ab; durch Aussalzen
in üblicher Weise können weitere Mengen des Farbstoffes erhalten werden. Er stellt
ein goldgelbes Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser löst und aus saurem Bade die tIexische
