Conveyor system Conveyor systems according to patent 445 88 have a switching mechanism,
which runs separately from the means carrying the conveyed goods. This avoids
that this means, e.g. B. a conveyor belt, must also carry the devices through
which the transmitters and receivers are controlled.
The example explained in the patent specification has a contactor
as a switching mechanism that operates the transmitters and receivers in sequence, d. H. even
controls those transmitters and receivers that have nothing to send or receive.
In order to avoid this, the transmitters will be
controlled independently of the rear derailleur. This is done optionally by so many
Means, e.g. B. Keys, such as receivers are available. Each of these means prepares for it
the switching mechanism in such a way that it can set a specific receiver.
Although it is known for conveyor belts, switching mechanisms that are separate from
the conveyor belts run, optionally equipped so that they each have a certain
Mastering the recipient. However, the measure to carry out the equipping is missing
by loading the conveyor belts.
derselben für den Empfang der gewünschten Sendung vollzieht der Kugelwähler z.An example of the new arrangement is shown in the drawing. The conveyor system (Fig. I) The system has the actual conveyor, e.g. B. an endless conveyor i and the ball selector a, and is used to convey goods 3 from one or more transmitting points A, B to different receiving points 6. Each transmitting point A, B consists of only one transmitter 4, from which all receiving points 6 are operated, and a keyboard 5 with as many keys 9 as receiving stations 6 are available. The conveyed item 3 is placed in the transmitter 4. At the same time, the button 9 of a receiving station 6 is pressed and thereby. This receiving station is controlled for receiving the broadcast. The shipment falls from the transmitter 4 onto the conveyor i and is conveyed by .dieses to the desired receiving point 6, where it is automatically picked up. The ball selector z.
Der Kugelwähler (Bild z) Der Kugelwähler besitzt einen Kugelbehälter
7 zur Aufnahme der Kugeln B. Das Herausrollen der Kugeln 8 aus dem Behälter 7
wird
verhindert durch die Sperrhebel i o. i i, die durch den Magnet 12 ausgelöst werden
können. Der Kugelförderer 13 wird. über die Rollen 14, 15 geführt und besteht aus
einzelnen Kugelbahnen 16.
den Sperrhebel i i gehalten wird.
des Magneten 12 wieder getrennt, und die Sperrhebel io, i i gehen i:i die Ursprungsstellung
Zentral-. stellen (Bild 2, 4) Sind mehrere, z. B. zwei Sendestellen erforderlich.
The ball selector (Fig. Z) The ball selector has a ball container 7 for holding the balls B. The balls 8 from rolling out of the container 7 are prevented by the locking levers i o. Ii, which can be triggered by the magnet 12. The ball conveyor 13 is. guided over the rollers 14, 15 and consists of individual ball tracks 16. It can be a wire mesh network or a wide band composed of individual link chains. Working contacts 17 are adjustable along the ball track 16. The return transport of the balls 8 is taken over by the track 1 8. This opens into the ball trap ig with the contact springs 20, -2 i. The magnet 22 is a throwing magnet. There are as many containers 7 with balls 8 next to one another as there are as many locking levers io, ii, magnets i2 and ball tracks 16, tracks 18, ball catches ig, contact springs 2o, 2, 1 and magnets 22 as there are receiving points. The ball conveyor 13 is driven by the roller r4 in such a way that the speed of the ball conveyor 13 is in a certain ratio to that of the conveyor i. The operation can be done from one or more central points. Control for a central office (Fig. 2, 5) When the conveyed goods are placed on the means of transport i or when they are inserted into a transmitter 4, the central official presses key g on the keyboard 5.Pressing key g controls the reception of the shipment at a specific receiving station 6 . The circuit of the magnet 12 belonging to the key g is closed. The magnet attracts and triggers the locking lever io, ii. The locking lever io releases the foremost ball 8, while the second is held by the locking lever ii. The first ball B falls onto the ball track 16 of the ball conveyor 13, which guides the ball 8 to the contact 17 to which the selected receiving point 6 is connected. When the button g flips back, the circuit of the magnet 12 is separated again, and the locking levers io, ii go back i: i to their original position. The second ball in the container 7 is released and rolls up to the locking lever io. With your circuit of the magnet 12 that of the transmitter .l is closed at the same time and the shipment is delivered to the conveyor. The time from pushing the button g up to the moment when the ball located on (lein ball conveyor 13 8 touches the contact 17, equal to <the transport time from the transmitting to the receiving point. When the ball has reached 8 at the contact 17, it is The receiving point 6 receives power and takes the shipment from the conveyor I. As the ball continues to run, the ball 8 falls into the track 18 and rolls into the ball catcher ig. Here it closes the circuit of the magnet 22 via the contacts 2o, 21. The magnet attracts and hurls the ball into the container 7. The number of balls 8 required to control the individual stations depends on the operating requirements simultaneously set for the reception of as many broadcasts as there are balls 8 on their ball track 16. Control for several central units (Fig. 2, 4) Sin d several, e.g. B. two broadcasting stations required. so there are additional parts of the apparatus on the ball selector 2: a slide 23 with magnet 24, a contactor 25 and contacts 26, 27, each with an isolating contact 28,: 29.
Sendestellen A und B Strom.
Strom gibt, .d. h. über -i- 30, 3i, 32, 12, 4., 26,

Sperrung (io, i i) der Abrollbahnen beherrschen. In addition, the key g receives a relay 30. A signal lamp for each transmission point is useful. The slide 23 is common to all ball tracks 16. It is only moved when the button g of the transmitter A is pressed, always by the same magnet 24. The contactor 25 sits firmly on the side of the shaft of the roller 14 and alternately gives the transmitters 4 of the transmitter when in operation for the contact 26 and 27, respectively A and B current. The isolating contacts 28, 29 sit behind the contacts 26, 27. The slide 23 is used to compensate for the transit times between the transmission point A and a receiver or the transmission point B and the same receiver. It is advanced so far that the running times of the balls 8 correspond exactly to the station distances. Has z. B. the officer of the sending station A placed the broadcast in the transmitter, 4 and the key g of the receiving station 6 of his keyboard 5 pressed, the relay 3o pulls on + 30, 31, 28, -. As soon as the contactor 25 sends power to the transmitter 4 by closing the contact 26, ie via -i- 30, 3i, 32, 12, 4, 26, -, the conveyed material is delivered to the conveying means i. At the same time, the magnet 24 attracts and pushes the slide 23 forwards. Furthermore, the magnet iz triggers the locking levers io, ii. The first ball 8 is released and rolls over the slide 23 onto the ball conveyor 13. The circuit is separated when the contactor 25 hits the isolating contact 28. The magnets return to their rest position. The further mode of operation is the same as with only one transmission point. 3.
