Luftregler.Air regulator.
Querwand, an welcher ein Röhrchen A befestigt ist, welches Trichter A, Winkelrohr B
The exhaustion of the used air is achieved in a certain way by blowing a stream of wind in the direction of the arrow into a conical funnel A with a wide and narrow mouth a 1 and a % , because this funnel A is stuck on an angled pipe B , one of which is vertical and . rotatable leg is slipped over a pipe socket b , which is located above an opening of the space to be ventilated, while in the other horizontal leg, which carries the weather vane f , '. the wind flow emerging from α 3 flows in, creates a vacuum in the angled tube and thus causes a subsequent flow of air from the room to be ventilated; fresh air is blown in by making an opening Λ 2 on the lower side of the funnel A , which has a downwardly tapering tube which covers a conical widening of the same at the end of the air inlet tube -R. Inside the funnel A, attached to it and partially covering the opening α 2 , there is a horizontal transverse wall to which a tube A is attached, which carries the funnel A, angled pipe B together with the wind vane f and around which the parts named as the axis rotate or . may make the flag of the prevailing wind direction in accordance with f .. This tube runs down into a tip b l and has a further guide in the thin cross bar b 2 R. BEZW in the tube to regulation of the inputs. A hinge c attached to the above-mentioned transverse wall serves to outflow, which carries an adjustable flap s , which can be adjusted by means of rods d l and d, both of which occupy the tube t , by turning the button k attached to one end of d higher or lower is provided. The outer shape of the adjustable flap s is such that both the funnel A (between a 1 and α 3 ) and the opening a 2 can be completely closed off. It is now easy to see that, depending on the position of the flap s , the air flow entering at α 1 is fed to the pipe R or the opening a % by the button k , i.e. less air is introduced with greater suction or vice versa . So that both air supply and suction are completely stopped and. the latter can be regulated even further, the drawing shows the known device of two superimposed perforated disks jp and p l with slots i and i 1 , one of which is intended to be rotatable and can be adjusted by means of button k 1 in such a way that the opening of the room to be ventilated completely closed or. can be made larger or smaller.
