From the well-known pendulum saws, in which the pendulum saw is operated by a slider crank mechanism
is moved and the workpiece is vertical
The subject of the invention differs from the pendulum plane into the saw plane
in that on the feed chain trough-shaped container for. Insertion
the long timbers "are provided, between which interruptions for passage
the saw blade or the saw blades are located. By this arrangement it is
possible, relatively short pieces of wood, such as splinters, bundles and the like, safely in certain
To disassemble lengths.
Abb.
Mittel, z. B. Zahnsegmente, erfolgen.Fig. Ι shows the front view, Fig. 2 the side view of the automatic bundle and cross-cut saw, α is a transport chain that is set in motion by two running wheels b. The second running wheel is not shown in Fig. 1 because the middle class from running wheel to running wheel is as large as the normal lengths of the wood to be cut, c are the running rails on which the transport chain α is supported. The transport chain α consists of the joint pieces d, which are connected to one another by axes e. The rollers sit on these running axles e. /, which rest on the running wheels b and the running rails c. If the running wheels b are now turning, the transport chain a, which consists of parts d, e, f , is moved by driver pins. Transport boxes g are attached to the hinge pieces d. In these transport costs, cut to length logs are placed, they can .werden filled automatically or manually into the boxes, are h the saw blades. These receive their drive from: i. The saw blade rests in a pen'del frame k, which has its pivot point on axis I. m is a cam disk that is driven from i by a gear via wheel η . 0 is the lifting rod that is connected to the pendulum frame k and the lifting disc m . When the lifting disc rotates, the pendulum frame k and consequently the saw blades h go up and down. The stroke is so great that the saw blades go through the boxes g , so that the pieces of wood lying in the boxes are sawed through, p is a transport shaft which is driven from η and which sets the shaft qii in motion through angular gears. The movement is transmitted to impeller b by wheels r, s. The advance of the transport chain α must now take place when the saw blades A are out of action, i.e. close to the top dead center of the lifting disc m. The advance can now be 25, 50, 75, 100 cm, depending on the length of the wood to be cut . For this purpose, t is a cam disk with a cam, and ν is an angle lever with a roller «;. Because the cam disk t rotates, the cam u comes to roll, whereby the angle lever ν is lifted. This lifting has the effect that the dog clutch χ is pushed to the left and is thus in engagement with the bevel gear y. Since this wheel is in constant rotation from η via p , the shaft qu and therefore wheels r, s are also set in motion as soon as clutch χ is engaged. The movement of the wheels r, s also causes the transport wheel b to move, and consequently also of the transport chain α. The speed of the shaft and the length of the cam u are calculated in such a way that either 25, 50, 75 or 100 cm feed is achieved during the time when the saw blades are out of action. Several cams u are arranged next to one another, namely of different lengths. The roller w can be moved laterally so that it can be moved on the desired cam for 25, 50, 75 or 100 cm feed. The cut pieces of wood fall off to the side at 2 due to the movement of the transport chain α and can either fall into the storage room, transport trolley, etc. The advance can also be done by other means, e.g. B. tooth segments, lifting levers, etc., can be achieved. The oscillation of the frame α can also be done by other means, e.g. B. tooth segments take place.
