Bei den bekannten Waffen dieser Art erfolgt die Einstellung des Durchlaßquerschnittes des Verbindungskanales durch zwischen Lauf- und Wurfrohr vorgesehene Drosselorgane, die den Aufbau der Waffe verwickeln und zu Störungen im Gebrauch und Druckverlusten Anlaß geben. Man hat auch schon versucht, das zur Aufnahme der Bombe dienende Wurfrohr am vorderen Ende des Gewehrlaufes zu lagern und ein vor dem eigentlichen Lauf -drehbar angeordnetes Verlängerungsrohr zur Einstellung der Menge der in das Wurfrohr gelangenden Explosionsgase zu benutzen. Diese Ausführung weist außer der durch die Anordnung des schweren Wurfrohres und seiner Anschlußorgane am vorderen Ende der Waffe bedingten Unhandlichkeit und der Beeinträchtigung des genauen Zielens den 1,Tachteil auf, daß die Explosionsgase erst auf die Bombe zur Einwirkung kommen können, nachdem die Kugel der Patrone bereits den Lauf verlassen hat, die Explosionsgase also schon den größten Teil ihrer Spannung verloren haben.
