Die Erfindung bezweckt, das Paraffin aus seinen Rohölen oder Lösungen zum Zwecke der Reinigung einfacher und zweckmäfsiger abzuscheiden, als dies bis jetzt der Fall ist.The invention aims to use the paraffin from its crude oils or solutions for the purpose the cleaning easier and more expedient to separate than has been the case up to now.

Das gegenwärtig übliche Verfahren besteht darin, dafs das Rohparaffin in einer so concentrirten Lösung zum Erstarren gebracht wird, dafs die erstarrte Masse fest genug ist, um sich in Prefstücher packen und in hydraulischen Pressen unter hohem Druck auspressen zu lassen. Diese nothwendige Concentration der Lösung gestattet aber die Anwendung einer nur geringen Menge Benzin, ungefähr 15 bis 20 pCt., welche geringe Menge nicht alles schwere OeI, welches dem Rohparaffin anhaftet, auf einmal aufnehmen kann, weshalb die Operation öfter wiederholt werden mufs.
