.Verfahren und Zweinadelnähmaschine zur Herstellung von Zickzackstichen
Bei der Herstellung von Zickzackstichen ist es bei Einnadelmaschinen bekannt geworden,
eine Stichbreitenverstellung auch während des Arbeitsganges vorzunehmen. Es sind
auch Zweinadelzickzacknähmaschinen bekannt, jedoch können diese ihre Stichbreite
nicht während des Arbeitsganges verändern. Von diesem Bekannten abweichend ist vorliegendes
Verfahren gedacht, dessen Wesen darin besteht, daß bei beliebig veränderlicher Stichbreiteneinstellung
während des Arbeitsganges die beiden Nadeln im Bereiche ihrer Mitteleinstiche eine
gemeinsame Nähnarbe bilden, um so im fortlaufenden Arbeitsgange von Plattstich-

Nach dem Verfahren werden die nebeneinanderliegenden Zickzackstiche
dadurch erzielt, daß mittels der Einrichtung die Oberfäden ct, b
durch einen
gemeinsamen Unterfaden c gehalten werden. Hierbei liegen die Stiche der Oberfäden
a, b oben auf dem Stoff, während die Stiche d, e den unter dem Stoff liegenden

Die Einrichtung besteht aus einer gewöhnlichen Zickzackstickmaschine,

Nadelkopf g angeordnet, dessen Nadeln in Gleitschuhen 1a, i gehalten sind. Diese
Gleitschuhe sind beweglich in dem Nadelkopf g geführt und liegen unter Wirkung der
Federn k, m. An den Gleitschuhen sind Nocken n, o angesetzt, die in Langlochschlitzen
p, q des Nadelkopfes geführt werden. An dem Nähmaschinenkopf r ist ein Anschlag
s mittels Schrauben o. dgl. zweckmäßig in Langlochschlitzen befestigt. Bei in Ruhe
stehendem Stellhebel können im Arbeitsgange Stielsticharbeiten ausgeführt werden.
Beim Verstellen des Kniehebels, wodurch die Nadelstange ja in bekannter Anordnung
verschwenkt wird, werden die Gleitschuhe h, i mittels ihrer Nocken it, o
an dem Anschlag s derart vorbeigeführt, daß sie wechselweise durch die Pendelung
der Nadelstange auseinandergedrückt werden, so daß einmal der Nadelkopf nach rechts
und einmal nach links übergeschwenkt wird, wie es die Abb. 2 darstellt, und je eine
der Nadeln
entweder rechts oder links von der Mittellinie einsticht.
Durch diese Anordnung wird erreicht, daß die Nadeln einen gemeinsamen Mitteleinstich
haben und den Unterfaden unter nur einem Greifer t abnehmen. Durch eine Verstellung
des Anschlages s mittels seiner Langlochschlitze wird bewirkt und erreicht, daß
die Stiche nach der einen Seite breiter und nach der andern Seite schmaler ausfallen,
was von größter Wirksamkeit bei Plattsticharbeit ist. Je nach Steuerung durch den
Hebel y können nun in einem Arbeitsgang fortlaufend sowohl Platt- wie auch Stielsticharbeiten
