Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Asynchronmotor mit Fremdbelüftung, die nach, dem jeweiligen Bedarf dadurch geregelt wird, daß der den Ventilator antreibende Motor in seiner Leistung von der Schlupffrequenz des zu lüftenden Motors so abhängig ist, daß die Kühlwirkung mit der Schlupf frequenz proportional oder in anderem Verhältnis wächst. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung vereinfacht dargestellt. Der Asynchronmotor« wird mittels des Widerständsreglers b geregelt und weist eine seinem Schlupf entsprechende Erwärmung auf. Er wird durch einen Ventilator c belüftet, dessen Antriebsmotord, z.B. ein Kurzschlußläufermotor, an den Läuferstromkreis e des Hauptmotors angeschlossen ist. Die Leistung des Ventilator motors nimmt mit der Frequenz des Läuferstrpmkreises, also mit dem Schlupf des zu lüftenden Hauptmotors zu oder ab; die Kühlwirkung wird damit selbsttätig geregelt und bleibt auf den jeweiligen Bedarf beschränkt. Hierdurch wird eine Ersparnis an Ventilätorleistung erzielt. Die Abhängigkeit der Ventilatormotorleistung vom Hauptmotorschlupf kann auch durch andere Schaltungen und Mittel erzielt werden. Z. B. könnte der Ventilatormotor ein Gleichstrommotor sein, dessen Erregung von einem Frequenzrelais gesteuert wird; doch ist diese Einrichtung weniger einfach und setzt eine Gleichstromquelle voraus.The invention relates to an asynchronous motor with external ventilation, which is controlled according to the respective need in that the performance of the motor driving the fan is dependent on the slip frequency of the motor to be ventilated so that the cooling effect with the slip frequency is proportional or in a different ratio grows. The asynchronous motor «is regulated by means of the resistance regulator b and has a temperature rise corresponding to its slip. It is ventilated by a fan c whose drive motor d, for example a squirrel cage motor, is connected to the rotor circuit e of the main motor. The performance of the fan motor increases or decreases with the frequency of the rotor speed circuit, i.e. with the slip of the main motor to be ventilated; the cooling effect is thus regulated automatically and remains limited to the respective requirement. A saving in fan power is achieved in this way. The dependence of the fan motor power on the main motor slip can also be achieved by other circuits and means. For example, the fan motor could be a DC motor, the excitation of which is controlled by a frequency relay; however, this facility is less straightforward and requires a direct current source.
