Claims (11)
1. Spreizspektram-CDMA-Kormnunikationssystem zum Übermitteln von Daten und/oder
digitalisierter Sprache zwischen einer Vielzahl von PCN-Einheiten, wobei das Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem
innerhalb einer gleichen geographischen Region lokalisiert ist, wie sie von einem mobilen Zellensystem besetzt ist, wobei jede Zelle des mobilen
Zellensystems eine Zellenbandbreite aufweist, die in vorbestimmte Kanäle unterteilt ist
und Schutzfrequenzbänder zwischen den vorbestimmten Kanälen aufweist, und die in
Zellen sich aufhaltende Benutzer aufweist, die auf den vorbestimmten Kanälen kommunizieren,
gekennzeichnet durch:
eine Vielzahl von PCN-Basisstationen, die sich innerhalb des mobilen Zellensystems befinden,
zum mitteilen von Daten an die Vielzahl von PCN-Einheiten, wobei jede PCN-Basisstation
enthält:
Basiseinrichtungen zum umwandeln (151) des Formates der Daten in eine Form, die
für die Mitteilung über Funkwellen geeignet ist;
Basisprodukteinrichtungen (153) für eine Spreizspektrumverarbeitung der Daten; und
Basiseinrichtungen für eine CDMA-Aussendung (155) über die Zellenbandbreite, wobei die gemäß dem Spreizspektrum verarbeiteten umgewandelten Daten von der PCN-Basisstation zu einer PCN-Einheit effektiv erneut das gleiche Frequenzspektrum benutzen, das durch das mobile Zellensystem benutzt wird;
eine Vielzahl von PCN-Einheiten, wobei jede der PCN-Einheiten enthält:
eine PCN-Antenne (169, 179);
Basiseinrichtungen für eine CDMA-Aussendung (155) über die Zellenbandbreite, wobei die gemäß dem Spreizspektrum verarbeiteten umgewandelten Daten von der PCN-Basisstation zu einer PCN-Einheit effektiv erneut das gleiche Frequenzspektrum benutzen, das durch das mobile Zellensystem benutzt wird;
eine Vielzahl von PCN-Einheiten, wobei jede der PCN-Einheiten enthält:
eine PCN-Antenne (169, 179);
PCN-Detektionseinrichtungen (161, 163, 165), die an die PCN-Antenne angekoppelt
sind und PCN-Spreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen enthalten, zum Wiedergewinnen
von Daten, die von der PCN-Basisstation mitgeteilt werden;
/EP O 5U53ST1
PCN-Produkteinrichtungen (173) fur Spreizspektrum-Verarbeitungsdaten, die an die
PCN-Basisstation gesendet werden sollen; und
PCN-Einrichtungen zur CDMA-Übertragung (175), über die Zellenbandbreiten, der
gemäß dem Spreizspektrum verarbeiteten Daten von der PCN-Einheit an die PCN-Basisstation,
effektiv erneut das gleiche Frequenzspektrums benutzen, das durch das mobile Zellensystem benutzt wird;
wobei jede PCN-Basisstation weiter enthält:
eine Basisantenne (149, 159);
wobei jede PCN-Basisstation weiter enthält:
eine Basisantenne (149, 159);
Basiskammeinrichtungen (140), gekoppelt an die Basisantenne zur Sperrfilterung der
vorbestimmten Kanäle, um die Mobilzellensignalleistung wieder zugewinnen, die auf
den vorbestimmten Kanälen der Zellenbandbreite übertragen wird; und
Basisdetektionseinrichtungen (141, 143, 145), die an die Basiskammeinrichtungen angekoppelt sind, wobei die Basisdetektionseinrichtungen Basisspreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen enthalten, die zum Wiedergewinnen der von einer PCN-Einheit übertragenen Daten dienen.
Basisdetektionseinrichtungen (141, 143, 145), die an die Basiskammeinrichtungen angekoppelt sind, wobei die Basisdetektionseinrichtungen Basisspreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen enthalten, die zum Wiedergewinnen der von einer PCN-Einheit übertragenen Daten dienen.
2. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die PCN-Spreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen
Einrichtungen zum synchronisieren der PCN-Spreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen mit den empfangenen Signalen umfassen.
3. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die PCN-Detektionseinrichtungen
Einrichtungen zum Umwandeln des Formats der Daten in eine für einen Benutzer geeignete Form enthalten.
4. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die PCN-Produkteinrichtungen
Einrichtungen zum Speichern eines lokalen Chipcodes enthalten, für den Vergleich mit den empfangenen Signalen, zum wiedergewinnen der von einer
PCN-Basisstation an die PCN-Einheit gesendeten Daten.

5. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Basisprodukteinrichtungen
bei jeder PCN-Basisstation Einrichtungen zum verarbeiten von Daten für besondere
PCN-Einheiten enthalten mit einem gewählten Chipcode.
6. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Basiseinrichtungen
zum „Aussenden" angepaßt sind, um Daten in einem Zeitmultiplexformat zu senden.
7. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Basiskammeinrichtungen
ein Sperrfilter mit Bandabweisung bei der Vielzahl von vorbestimmten Kanälen aufweisen.
8. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Basisspreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen
Einrichtungen zum synchronisieren der PCN-Spreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen
mit empfangenen Signalen enthalten.
9. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Basisdetektionseinrichtungen
Einrichtungen zum Umwandeln des Formates der Daten in eine für einen Benutzer geeignete Form enthalten.
10. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Basisspreizspektrum-Verarbeitungseinrichtungen
Einrichtungen zum Speichern eines lokalen Chipcodes für den Vergleich mit Signalen enthalten, die zum Wiedergewinnen von Daten empfangen
werden, welche von einer PCN-Basisstation zu der PCN-Einheit gesendet werden.
11. Spreizspektrum-Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die PCN-Einrichtungen
zur Übertragung angepaßt sind, um Daten in einem Zeitmultiplexformat zu senden.
