Formwalze zur Eierstellung von Biskuiten u. dgl. Die Erfindung betrifft
eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Gebäckfor mstücken, insbesondere Spekulatius,
bei welcher der Teig in bekannter Weise durch eine Druckvorrichtung in die Formen
einer umlaufenden Forintronimel eingedrückt und mittels eines durch Federn angedrückten
Messers abgeschnitten wird. Das Ausheben der Formstücke aus der aus starrem Baustoff
hergestellten Formwalze geschieht bei den bekannten Maschinen dadurch, daß mit der
Formwalze an der Ablegestelle der Teigstücke ein aus nachgiebigem Baustoff bestehendes
Aushebemittel (Walze, endloses Band o. dgl.) zusammenarbeitet und die Formstücke
aus der Formwalze aushebt. Gemäß der Erfindung soll das Ausheben der Teigstücke
aus der Formwalze dadurch einfacher unter Weglassung der Aushebevorrichtung gestaltet
werden, daß die Formwalze nicht mehr aus starrem Baustoff hergestellt wird, sondern
einen über einen festen Kern gelegten Mantel aus nachgiebigem Baustoff, z_. B. Gummi
oder einem ähnlichen Stoff, erhält, in den die Formen entweder eingepreßt oder graviert
werden. Die Formwalze wird dabei entweder in bezug auf die Ablegevorrichtung, z.
B. die Backbleche, so angeordnet, daß sie auf diese drückt und dadurch zum Ausheben
der Teigstücke der Hantel an der Ablegestelle nach innen gedrückt wird, oder es
wird an der Ablegestelle zwischen Kern und Mantel eine Leitrolle kleinen Durchmessers
angeordnet, über welche der Mantel aus nachgiebigem Baustoff mit einer starken Knickung
geführt wird, der dann für sich allein über dem feststehenden Kern aus starrem Baustoff
