Safety device for ship or other lifting equipment The
The invention relates to a safety device for ship or other load lifts,
namely of the type in which the screw spindles in addition to the linear guide
and supporting the trough have the task of acting self-locking in the event of danger.
Attempts have already been made to solve this problem by having several
Mother passages made elastic by using springs, but here was one
Lubrication of the thread required. However, such lubrication requires
Threads of the dimensions required here not only take a lot of time,
but is also disadvantageous under certain circumstances, for example in storms or
sanding of the thread can occur due to other causes and therefore naturally
the efficiency is significantly reduced. These disadvantages are addressed according to the invention
countered by the fact that part of the nut thread by yielding in the nut
beleaguered rollers are replaced, which run in the threads of the spindle.
In the drawing is an embodiment of the new safety device
brought for illustration and shows Fig. r a longitudinal section through the spindle
with nut, Fig. 2 a cross section along the line x-y in Fig. t and Fig. 3 a half
the wounded mother.
The nut consisting of the driven part a and the driven part b, b ' moves on the stationary spindle s with a helix angle equal to or smaller than the friction angle of the sliding friction. Part a has an ordinary cut thread with clearance up and down against the thread of the spindle. Part b 'has, instead of the thread, evenly distributed around the circumference and lying in the thread pitch, rollers c, which engage in the threads of the spiral with very little play. Depending on the load, one or more of these threads represented by the rollers c may be present. In Fig. R and 3, for example, two aisles are assumed, the rollers of which are offset from one another by half a roller spacing. The axes of the rollers c are mounted in holders d which are screwed to the parts b, b '. In the approaches d 'of the holder d rods e are attached, which at the top end support plates f and g, between which the springs i are held with pretension. The spring plates f and g rest on the edges lt and lt ' of part a. k is a ball or roller bearing which transfers the force exerted by the trough L to the nut part, ttt is the drive for the nut. The arrangement is also easily possible with rotatable spindles and fixed nuts, with a fixedly connected to the trough and the spindle being driven with the elimination of the ball bearing k.
If a is pressed down, the spring plate g together with the rod e, holder d and roller c is the fixed abutment of the spring, which exerts a pressure on the upper surface of the spindle thread. If the pressure acts in the opposite direction, the plate f together with the same parts e, d and c is the fixed abutment of the springs, which exerts a pressure on the lower surface of the spindle thread. If a mutual displacement of a and b occurs as a result of the spring preload being exceeded, which is possible due to the claw-shaped connection of the two parts, the cut gears of part a are placed on the spindle gears, with the drive machines being switched off at the same time in a known manner.
