Description
Device for automatic readjustment of the guides of moving parts, such as slides and the like, of machine tools. The invention is a u ago direction for the automatic adjustment of the guides on sled like machine tools and -.. Holding down the slide on their guides. For diesel purposes, mostly conical wedges were arranged in the longitudinal direction of the slide guides, which were readjusted by hand according to their wear. These V-ledges, however, presented large areas of friction, which in turn required a great deal of power. resulted in. There are also resilient strips for readjusting the slide guides known per se, but these also have the large friction surface like the conical wedges and do not achieve the high contact pressure at wwgtein that is achieved by means of a lever according to the present invention.
Figs. I and 2 show an example of the subject matter of the invention in section and side view, Fig. 3 shows another arrangement with an oblique pressure direction and Fig. 4 shows the overview of the direction of pressure and tension.
The carriage a moves on the machine bed b. The drive for the work spindle c (Fig. 4) built into the slide a is carried out from the left via the yor gear d '. The tension of the belt o tends to move the slide a. to tilt the edge f to the left. In order to counteract this, a bar g is attached on the opposite side, which is provided with a number of bores at any intervals in which pins k are rotatably mounted. On the outside of these cones, Anne 1 are firmly connected to them. On the inside they each have an eccentric attachment -k, on each of which a ball bearing 1 is attached. The distance of the extension k from the axis of the pin A forms the lever length of the short arm of the double-arm lever rotatable about A , while part 1 forms the second arm of the double lever. The arm 1 carries at the outer end the bolt m with the spring iti demen the other end lays against the carriage a. Since the spring n always presses on the long arm 1 , the shorter lever arm, ie the eccentric attachment k, presses the ball bearing attached to it with a correspondingly greater force against the hard bar o attached in the machine bed b. Thereby, the bar g downward and thus the Schlittena firmly on its leading-en gedrü An 'site can n of the spring and a screw may be provided which can be adjusted so that the pressure is transferred by the same lever device on the bar o . The tilting effect is thus counteracted permanently and effectively eliminating any wear and tear on the individual parts. Furthermore, the pressure exerted only at the locations where the ball bearings ride on the bar o, which occurs the friction stetg with conical bars along the entire length of the carriage, almost entirely off. The pressure effect is multiplied by the leverage effect and is therefore quite significantly greater than with conventional resilient strips.
Fig. 3 shows another arrangement in which the same means are used to press the slide against the inclined guides A of the bed b .
