Description
Im fol@geaden wird ii,un eine Anordnung gezeigt, bei .der diese L?@belständ'e vermieden sind'.Attachment of a spray wire for electrical gas cleaning systems In the case of electrical gas cleaning systems, the Atisström, ine-rel: e.lztro (l '"en Spray wires are often used, which are at a certain distance from the collecting electrodes are arranged. The spray wires are usually attached to a frame that is shown in the gas cleaning chamber is stored isolated. The attachment of each wire was made hitherto mostly done like this (let the wire end around the frame one or more times hertnnwickelt and then put the unstretched wire around, # wound was. It has it has now been shown that the spray wires often act. 4, he attachment point prematurely abort. The reason for this is apparently the y @ d'ass the wire that is in the Filter is always in small oscillations, with the previous mountings relatively rigid; Gehnicl, t will. so -that it is a short run as a result Time becomes brittle and breaks off. Around. It has already been suggested to avoid this to train the attachment of the spray wire in such a way that it -through a guide: gshü-lse is pulled through and stored on this by means of a knot. This became .Although a certain improvement was achieved, the filling sleeve surrounded the spray wire so narrow at the point of exit and with such a sharp edge that it is also possible with: this one Execution of Sprü.hdralit was subject to sharp buckling at this point and soon tore. In the following, an arrangement is shown in which these l? @ Belstands'e are avoided '.
According to the invention, the guide body surrounding the spray wire is like this au: sgebi @ lidht, <let it gradually expand in the direction of the spray wire so that that with lateral fluctuations of the wire no sharp bends occur can. The spray wire then settles in the event of fluctuations caused by vibrations the spray electrode can occur due to uneven gas flow or the like., on the wall of the self-expanding guide body and is accordingly the increasing expansion of the guide body is only slightly curved. Such a one .small curvature hardly stresses the spray wire at all, so that a nightmare the same at: the B: fortification point is not to be feared. Is very beneficial it also. if. the guide body surrounding the wire is made of a softer material than the wire itself exists. In the case of very strong lateral fluctuations then occurs wear only on the guide body, so that the spray wire itself thereby is spared.
An embodiment of the invention is in the Abib. r shown. r is a frame of a spray electrode, which is in an electric gas cleaner, gungskainmer is hung. 2 is one of the spray wires that are clamped in this frame. The guide body 3, which is in the frame, is used to attach the spray wire i is inserted and encloses the wire .2. The free end of the guide body Extending spray wire is around a ball 4, which for this purpose with a Notch is provided and finally several times around, the tensioned wire itself wrapped around. The ball q. is in a corresponding recess of the guide body stored and is held in it, by the tension of the spray wire 2. Of the Guide body 3, which encloses the spray wire 2, is designed so that its The hole in which the spray dralit 2 is located is gradually in the same direction of the wire so expanded that the spray wire 2. With lateral fluctuations can only bend into a large circle, so that it is sharply bent excluded: is. During the spray wire z. B. consists of hard steel wire, the guide body 3 is made of copper.
The spray wire on the guide body in FIG Resiliently mounted in the longitudinal direction. That contributes to @ fa:, lls that the spray wire in the case of lateral fluctuations up to knickurig is only slightly stressed. Especially The resilient mounting can be achieved in a simple manner in that the wire end screwed around the wire and the spray wire by means of the so wound Springs is resiliently mounted in the guide body.
A similar attachment of the spray wire is also that the end of the spray wire wound around the frame tube several times in this way the tensioned wire is wrapped around in spiral windings that these Wirndu @ ngen have a diameter that increases in the direction of the outflow and so one . Gradually widening guide body form, which in the event of lateral fluctuations the outflow prevents sharp bends in it. This embodiment is very simple, but sufficient in many cases where there are no @all too strong fluctuations the spray wires occur.
An embodiment of this arrangement is shown in FIG. i i is, the frame rawTeiner .Sprühelektro, de, to which the spray wire 12 is attached is. The spray wire 12 is first wound around the tube i i and then with it its end in several spiral turns in the strengthened part of the wire 12 wrapped around in several turns, which initially lie tightly against the wire and then gradually assume a larger diameter.
In the case of spray wires, the two sides of the fastening point are stretched out, according to the invention, the arrangement is made so that the spray wire at the point of attachment in one direction in both directions of the wire gradually, expanding guide body is stored. It'll be a good one that way and easy storage of the spray wire achieved and a kink of the same on both Sides of the fastening point avoided. You can still do this type of fastening improve in that the spray wire in the guide body by pressing together it is firmly clamped at one or more points. It becomes through it not only a sliding back and forth of the spray dralites in the guide body avoided; but also on the other hand achieved that at @ in breakage of the wire on one side remains tensioned on the other side of the fastening point.
Figure 3 shows an example of this arrangement. 2I is the frame strip of a spray electrode, from which the spray wire 22 according to is stretched on both sides. In the frame strip 2i there is one made of copper Mounted tube 23, through the axial bore of the spray wire 22 passed is. The bore of the pipe widens. after .both sides in such a way that with Fluctuations in the spray wire 22 kinks cannot arise. Uin to prevent the spray wire from breaking in the event of a break on one side .on the other loses its tension or is even pulled out of the guide tube 23 is, the guide tube 23 is strongly compressed at z, @ vei points, so that the Spray dralit is thus firmly clamped.
