Device for connecting the armature winding elements with the commutator bars
electrical machines With direct current high voltage series motors like them
z. B. occur in electric rail operations as auxiliary motors, are those on the commutator
to be connected conductor ends very thin; for example, the bare diameter
these conductor ends in a 6 HP motor for I 500 volt voltage are 0.7 mm.
It is therefore often the case with such motors that the soldering process
at the commutator even more weakened conductor ends as a result of the mechanical shock
when the motor is switched on and break off due to the vibrations in rail operation. Such
Breaks are now avoided according to the present invention by the fact that with
The conductor ends to be connected to the commutator in sleeves attached to the commutator
is in such a way that the first part of the sleeve is only for soldering the
bare wires is used, while the second part is an elastic guide of the insulated
Wire offers. This ensures on the one hand that the thin wire in the
previously tinned sleeve is soldered in such a way that only the commutator groove
exposed point of the heat and thereby a burning or a change of shape
the clamping point is safely avoided. The other hand is the wire in the second part
the sleeve elastically guided by mediation of the insulation for the purpose of distributing the
Clamping stress on a longer, elastically sprung, healthy length of wire.
Die Zeichnung zeigt zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes. The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
Beim Wicklungsschenkel
A ist noch gezeigt, wie die Hülse 3 längs des Schenkels A abgebogen und dadurch
mittels einer Bandage 5 daselbst festgehalten werden kann. Ferner kann die Hülse
3 außen elektrisch isoliert sein, z. B. durch einen darübergezogenen Gummischlauch.According to the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the ones with the commutator bars are stuck
I to be connected conductor ends 2 of the winding legs A and Bin sleeves 3, which
in turn inserted into the slots 4 of the webs I and soldered there.
As Figure 2 shows in section, the inside width of the sleeve 3 partially corresponds to the
Wire 2 and partially the wire insulation 6. The sleeves 3 are made, for. B. made of copper
or brass and are e.g. B. tin-plated so that these sleeves are only heated
to be needed to be able to put them together with the other parts I and
2 to obtain a solid, electrically conductive connection without further ado. At the winding leg
A is also shown how the sleeve 3 is bent along the leg A and thereby
can be held there by means of a bandage 5. Furthermore, the sleeve
3 be electrically isolated on the outside, e.g. B. by a rubber hose pulled over it.
According to the example according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the commutator bars are in the slots 4
I soldered slotted, bent to sleeves 7 and 8 lugs 9, one half of which
7 includes two anchor parts 2 including their insulation 6, while in the other half of the flag
8 the conductors 2 are soldered in themselves. It is possible in this way to use the anchor ladder
at its most sensitive point, at the exit from the solder joint, effective against mechanical ones
To protect stress. If necessary, the insulation 6 or the wrapping
or cleating of the anchor wire 2 in the sleeve 7 serving as a guide
a flexible insulation tube can be reinforced to make the bedding as elastic as possible
of the wire to reach.
