gespült und dann getrocknet wird. Man hat nun besondere Vorrichtungen geschaffen,
mit denen man diese Vorgänge der Reihe nach ausführen kann. Zum Trocknen des Geschirrs
wird dabei gewöhnlich erhitzte Luft benutzt, die man über das Geschirr hinwegstreichen
läßt. Um die Bedienung elerartiger Geräte zu erleichtern, hat man sie mit elektrischem
Antrieb versehen, durch den die zum Umlauf des Wasch- oder Spülwassers dienende
Pumpe angetrieben wird. Man hat auch die Geschirrspülmaschine so eingerichtet, daß
das Waschen und Spülen nach der Einleitung des Vorganges selbsttätig durchgeführt

Erfindungsgemäß wird die Geschirrspülinaschine so eingerichtet, daß

Geschirrspülmaschine auch zum zeitweiligen Öffnen der Leitungen für die Trockenluft
und zum Anlassen und Abschalten des Antriebsmotors für den Trockenlufterzeuger eine
von einem besonderen Hilfsmotor angetriebene Steuerscheibe angeordnet, deren Nocken
gegen unter Federwirkung stets in der Ruhelage zurückkehrende Steuerhebel anschlagen.
Bei einer in solcher Weise eingerichteten Geschirrspülmaschine braucht das Geschirr
nur in den Geschirrkorb hineingelegt und die Maschine in Gang gesetzt zu werden.
Die vollständige Reinigung des Geschirres wird dann vollständig selbsttätig durchgeführt,
und man kann nach Beendigung der Reinigung,das Geschirr in sauberem und trockenem

die von dem Motor 13 mittels Schnecke 14 und Schneckenrad 15 in langsame Umdrehungen
versetzt wird. In dem Schaltgehäuse ii ist ferner ein Zuflußventil 16 angebracht,
durch das die ZuflußleitUng 17 für das Spülwasser verschlossen werden kann.
Das Zuflußventil ist mit einer Schnappverrichtung versehen, welche das Ventil immer
wieder in die geschlossene Stellung zurückbringt. Der Antriebsmotor 5 und der Hilfsmotor
13 sind an die beiden Stroinzuführungsleitungen 18 und i9, wie insbesondere die
Abb.6 zeigt, in Parallelschaltung angeschlossen. Der Strom für beide Motoren kann
durch den Schalter 2o unterbrochen werden. Außerdem kann noch der ATotor 5 durch
einen besonderen Schalter 2i csondert abgeschaltet werden. Auf der Steuerscheibe
12 ist nun eine Anzahl Nocken 22 angebracht, welche die beiden Schalter 2o und 21
bzw. das Zuflußventil16 in solcher Reihenfolge öffnen und schließen, daß das Waschen
und Spülen und das Ein- und Ablassen des Spülwassers selbsttätig vorgenommen werden
kann. Nachdem das durch den axialen Schub des Antriebsmotors 5 gegen den Druck einer
Feder verschlossene Bodenventil 9 sich geöffnet und das Spülwasser abgelassen ist,
wird durch entsprechende -Nocken 22 nochmals ,der Motor 5 angelassen. Es wird nunmehr
durch das Schaufelrad 6 Luft durch die Stahlrohre 8 über das zu reinigende Geschirr
gefördert. Nachdem das Geschirr genügend getrocknet ist, wird nun endgültig der
Motor 5 von einem -der an der Scheibe z2 sitzenden Nocken 22 stillgesetzt. Das auf
diese Weise völlig selbsttätig gereinigte Geschirr kann nun in gebrauchsfertigem
