Stoffbahn vom letzteren abziehen.
Equipment for the production of coasters from cellulose wadding Die
The invention relates to a device for printing and punching out blanks
or the like, for example coasters made of cellulose wadding. From a bobbin it becomes
Material wound in rolls is drawn off by means of feed rollers and the printing unit
supplied so that the fabric is provided with the appropriate imprint. Behind the printing units
wiper rollers are provided that the printed, easily stuck to the printing cylinder
Peel off the fabric from the latter. At the same time this Abs, treifvorrichtung serves
to keep the fabric web taut during printing. The one that is useful
these rollers with rubber rings o. The like. To be provided only in the unprinted areas
attack the fabric. From the printing unit, the web of material goes to the punching unit, which
punching out the relevant blanks and lightly pressing them together at the edges,
about a falling apart of the punched parts consisting of several layers
to prevent. The punched-out parts are then pressed back into the fabric
and ejected behind the machine by special rams and into a stacking container
convicted. Behind the = stacking container is a pair of rollers that can be easily disassembled
arranged, which is used to run the waste strip. Now it is already known
for example beer glass coasters or other box blanks from supplied
Punch out pieces of cardboard or strips of fabric in the same machine and close beforehand
to print. However, these machines are used to process cardboard webs
or do pieces of cardboard made of wood pulp. However, there is between cardboard and cellulose wadding
a very important difference that also has very different conditions for processing
presupposes these two substances. While cardboard, wood pulp o. The like. A handy
Represents mass, the cellulose wadding is a slightly sensitive structure that immediately
will tear apart if the devices used for processing are not perfect
are adapted to the character of the material. This sensitivity of the substance
was also the reason why so far cellulose wad has not been rolled like it
according to the invention is the case, processed or not multiple operations
executed one after the other by moving the material automatically from one to the other
was conducted.
Having eliminated these resistances and cellulose wadding p: n machines
with several processing devices z. B. to be able to process in roll form,
is the advantage of the present invention, thereby reducing a lot
higher
Performance compared to the previous work processes, according to which printing, carcass punching
etc. in individual Masehiaien, which as a result of the very, low cohesion, des
Fabric structure and the difficulty in creating the cut pieces only with
running at a low number of revolutions is achieved.

with resilient base plate.
In the drawing, i is the bobbin, 2 is the web of material that is fed to the printing unit with the aid of the feed rollers 3, [. This printing unit consists in a known manner of the printing cylinder 5 and the counter cylinder 6. The stripping device, which in the exemplary embodiment consists of the rollers 7, 8, is arranged behind the printing unit. While the roller 8 can be designed as a solid roller, the roller 7 is expediently designed so that it is only at the unprinted areas or on; the side edges of the waste touches the fabric. The stripping device can of course also be designed in a different manner. 9, iö is the punching machine with the cutting and counter-cutting tool for punching out: the printed workpieces. In order to be able to punch this soft material, resilient press beams ii, i2 are provided on the press ram or on the upper punching knife, which hold the web of material in place while it is being punched out. These pressing devices are expediently designed in such a way that they press the web of material at the unprinted areas and do a blurring. to avoid the printing ink. After pressing, the blank is punched out by the punching knife i3, which is finitely a counter knife 1q. cooperates. A resilient pressure plate 15 then presses the punched blank back into the fabric, so that with the next feed it mixes the pushed back part of the machine. 1 6 is the device that: pushes the punched-out part out of the web of material in order to bring it to a stacking device.
In the exemplary embodiment .ist. this stacking device in Fig. q. and
5 designed as a container 17 with a base plate 18. In this base plate are
resilient pressing pieces used to hold the former in any position of the container
and on the other hand to allow an automatic downward movement when new ones are punched out
Parts are transferred to the stacking container.
The design of the base plate can be seen in Figs. 4 and 5. Between two guides 22 and 23 the pressing jaws ig are housed, which are pressed apart by compression springs 25 and press against the walls of the container 17 in such a way that the base plate is held in its respective position. As soon as new coasters are introduced into the container 17, the friction of the jaws 19 against the container wall is overcome and the whole stack is moved downwards. The compressive force of the springs is so great that the weight of the coaster lying above the base plate, which is relatively low with cellulose wadding, cannot overcome the friction with which the jaws press against the container walls. 26 are bolts or the like, which hold the guides 23, 24 together and at the same time give the press jaws a corresponding guide. The bores 27 in the press jaws are designed as long slots. 2o, zi are the outfeed rollers for the waste strips, they are arranged so that they can be adjusted in two ways, so that they can be adjusted according to: the thickness of the. This adjustment must be made very easily by feeling, in order to avoid that the waste strip is tightened too much and consequently torn off. In the exemplary embodiment, only one, namely the upper roller, can be adjusted by a spindle 122 which engages the link bearing 23. A spring 24 makes the adjustment elastic.
