Ein knieförmig gebogenes Rohr g ist durch Bolzen la auf dem Schmutzfängerblech i oder auf einem anderen unbeweglichen Teil befestigt und trägt in seinem Innern eine zwischen Zapfen z angebrachte Filzscheibe j, die das Kniestück g gegen Wasser abdichtet. Das Kniestück g trägt auf seinem oberen senkrechten Teil einen Zylinder L, welcher in seiner Mitte zwei durch eine elastische Zwischenlage o' getrennte Kugellager o besitzt und auch als Träger für die Scheinwerferdrehwelle p dient. Das untere Ende dieser Welle ist kardangelenkartig mit dem oberen Ende der Stange d verbunden, die durch die Filzscheibe y hindurchgeführt ist. Am Ende der den Scheinwerfer q tragenden Welle P ist ein Hebel u befestigt.
